Yeah but with times other guys get more lines so its more or less equal , because they all improved so much and have such great voices

Yes all the other 3 vocalist improved a lot but still jk gets most lines and dont forget he has been doing this since the debut.thats says a lot .that says how talented he is
He is actually really one of the strongest pillar the group relies heavily on. He's the main vocalist and centre of dance formation. Often opens most of the songs. Just really essential to the group. And this is coming from an RM biased ARMY. If I think from Namjoon's place like he has said Jungkook was a blessing to BTS. We're so proud to have our golden maknae😭😭😭

Thank you for saying that. Just like no one can replace RM as leader, rapper & the best composer, no one can take on JKs main vocalist role either. If I'm not mistaken, BTS have never ever performed live without Jungkook. He's been at it for 8 years now and we can all see his growth vocally through the years.
Actually all of the vocal line have just grown so much the last 8 years. They all shine in their own ways and have different strengths. For other-member biased armys out there, I hope that if its one member's turn to shine, allow that. Let it be. It won't hurt. You don't have to bring other members in. If say Suga or Jimin or any other member is in the spotlight, allow that. Let people appreciate without their parade getting rained on. It doesn't have to be a warzone all the time. Praising one member is in no way slighting another member.
They are individuals before they are a group & At the end of the day, we support all 7 members.
@tjollebanan people actually forget how hard it is to be in his place bcoz he perfectly delivers every single time,his voice is so stable and full. Remove his voice from the song and you'll feel how empty the song becomes and how essential Jungkook's part is BOTH in singing and performance.
Jungkook is official Center of the group, this means he's most likely in the middle/front of the dance formations during performances, photoshoots, press conferences. Center in kpop groups is someone who is all-rounder, has outstanding vocal/rap abilities, dancing skills. Since Jungkook holds the most positions in BTS - Main vocalist, Lead dancer, Sub rapper, he became the Center. So, yeah, you're right, he's like the front guy most of the time.
His voice is the most stable when he is dancing. He can rap, sing low and high. The versatility he has with his voice is amazing! He is a true performer and was born for this. 💜🥰💜

Jk has many roles in such young age, he is the official center of the group cause he took the main role like main vocalist, lead dancer, and in old song as sub rapper. But, this center part also always change like when member sing their line at the same they also took the center spot (if they were dancing). But, JK is the one who got many center spot. Like RM said every member is precious and important, but no one can replace JK spot. Jk can cover other member part rap line or vocal line. But he still remain humble, i mean all BTS member are humble kings.

Yeah jungkook is the official center for bts. It doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s just always standing front and center… it’s more that he’s a main focus bc of his main vocals, being the lead dancer and sub rapper… checking all these boxes … but usually even when someone does their part he will still be at the front of the formations. The main vocalist video by Ida s is such a good one!!! Hope he will do this video … I don’t think he has :/
JK is not the main vocalist for nothing. But he still working hard to improve day by day. That's why I admire him for being so passionate in his crafts. A very talented young man in deed. 💜💜💜

I have so much respect for JK. His official position is Main Vocal and Center and both of those positions hold quite a bit of responsibility, especially at the age of 15. He is so incredibly talented, he's good at EVERYTHING, and he is still always looking for ways to improve himself. He is ridiculously amazing!
Fun fact: Hitman Bang said in an interview once that Jungkook almost didn't debut because he was so incredibly shy. The members helped him overcome it and look at him now! 😳

JK in an interview said that he did not really focus on voice lessons but focus on matching his voice on the genre of the song, he can adjust his voice with what fits best on the song.

As a hyung line biased (esp Yoongi) but I love OT7 and respect each individual talent , but no one can deny that the center position and main vocalist is only JUNGKOOK and nobody can say otherwise. He brings the balance and give stability to the group being an all rounder, he is in the vocal line, dance line and even sub rapper not to mention he is handsome. I love him because he step up his game despite the pressure in that young age and remain humble and respectful to his hyungs. Despite what others said, our golden maknae was and is never overrated but deserves all the appreciation in the world 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Jungkook is so incredibly talented! His vocals from tone to skills and techniques 🔥 his stability, pitch, agility and vocal runs, etc. He's perfect across the board singing, rapping, dancing, musician, sports, arts, etc.
JK - A total performer. He entrances & mesmerizes. He sings with emotion and dances with the same. Its almost like you can feel the song as he sings & dances which is a testament of an overall great performer. He is able to deliver the exact emotion & facial expression required in the song or dance. When he dances, his lines are clean & powerful and so precise. When he sings, its effortless, very stable, no strain and his enunciation is perfect.
To top it all, he can sing & dance & display all these attributes all at once.
Yes, BTS surely lucked out when he joined, that's an undeniable truth. He's in this trajectory with no end in sight yet, his potential immeasurable. He truly has the makings of the next R&B/Pop Star.

One thing that amazes me is all the extra things he does, he is always the one who records the guide versions for the rest of the vocal line, he does the harmonies, the ad libs and you can really tell he has a musical ear. So talented.

In 2017, he started to gain a wider range of vocal techniques (vocal fry, breathy sound, clear falsetto, etc.). In 2018, his vocal control really ratcheted up a notch. From then on, he's learned how to combine all of those with his stability, stamina, and breath control while dancing. In this video, you can see that he went from a simply naturally talented singer to a polished, trained professional phenomenon.

Jungkook has always been a great singer, but he has complete control of voice now, and all of that practice and performance has resulted in more confidence. In his Rolling Stone interview, he said that 'Euphoria' was a transition song in terms of his sound, and you can hear the difference when he sings their older songs now. After 'My Time', it's like the brakes came off - he just sounds more free in his vocals as he's matured and found his sound.
He is perfect, his voice is perfect to sing any musical genre, he is blessed and has the gift of making everything perfect ... although he is not always confident and feels that he should do what they expect of him, but he is and will be a great artist and the best thing is that he is a humble and grateful human being.

I have never thought of JK sounding like MJ (whom I have loved since the 70s). But when I closed my eyes and listen to that section, I hear it! They both have (had) almost perfect vocals. I can imagine that JK could be the one to go out on his own in the future.

I thought of Michael Jackson right away when I heard JK sing. He definately has Michael's stage presence and gestures at times. As far as his singing & riffing in the background his syncopation of rhythm & notes are equal to MJ. The best song to listen to is BTS 13430 & Euphoria. JK also flew over the crowd like MJ did. Another would be House Of Cards & Still With You. JK is definately gifted.

And surely other people might not appreciate it but the BTS itself was very thankful and respects jungkook even at such a young age for carrying such a huge role of being a main vocal. And please think that he was just a young boy back then, he must feel so pressured and scared but still manage to be the best...so calling and considering him as the Main Vocal is like appreciating and congratulating him with his achievements.
