Statements of apology 31 March 2009: Kaing Guek Eav

In its judgement on appeals in Case 001 against Kaing Guek Eav alias Duch, the Supreme Court Chamber of the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) affirmed the Trial Chamber's previous decision to compile and post on the ECCC's official website all statements of apology and acknowledgements of responsibility made by Kaing Guek Eav alias Duch during the course of the trial, including the appeal stage. hun sen is one of the commanders. so, wth have they not charge this man who has been a prime minister for 40 plus years and had many killed still..anyways, i could never forgive a person like duch who committed so much heinous crimes against humanity. I don't care if he turned to christianity, what he did could never be forgiven. it was way too cruel..at his age at the time, he should of been known what he did was wrong at the time..fuck his apologies. can't believe even small children to babies. typing all of this just brings tears to me, especially, what my family been through and some had died from this. burn in hell!
