    ‘No offence I won’t shake your hand.’
    No offence mate I won’t shake the hand of a man who murdered an innocent man he was attempting to rob.

      @@scrapyardwarriorvlogging sorry to hear that mate. Was really annoying watching this documentary and especially watching him portray himself as some sort of victim. The guy is a piece of 💩, simple as that !

    so many of you guys commenting on how deranged alan lord was ,well i was i strangeways at the time of the riot , i got 9 years for an offence i didnt commit ,i was exonorated after 9 months, i spent all that time in a cell with 3 other lads ,the conditions where so disgusting fleas from pigeons cockroaches crawling around the cell , and as there where no toilets and only 1 bucket per cell for toilet use , well i for one have to praise the action of the rioters as i spent 9 months writing to my MP , also daily moans to the wing govener all to no avail , so for all you knockers ,how would you feel in the same position as me an innocent man ,condemmed for looking like another person ,yes that was good old british justice for you, and as for the wardens that where suppossed to be guarding us , that was a laugh to , to speak to a member of staff you had to ring a bell and wait hours to be answered , so untill you can say you have been in that surroundings and know the degrading ways human beings where treated ,then you have no right to slag anybody off , alan lord , paul taylor and the rest of the rioters after years of system abuse finally flipped and did what they thought was the best wat to be heard , yes it was a bit drastic , but look at the penal system now ,i say it was well worth it , a big old thanks from me to you all ,WELL DONE LADS , you did the justice system a world of good

    alan lord and paul taylor are absolute legends, people can say their prisoners and so on but they stood up for what they believed in and got an extra 10 years on their sentences to improve conditions for prisoners all over the country, if it wasn't for these brave men the british prison system would be corrupt and beyond human rights, a lot of respect is owed to these lot, they may have committed the crimes but everyone deserves a second chance

    • @revol148

      tropicalpalmtree Alan Lord and Paul Taylor cost the UK taxpayer £100,000,000 - you probably don't pay tax hence you think nothing of calling them legends....

      If there were further inquiries on the treatment of the prisoner's it would probably cost UK taxpayers ten times more so there for it was a good thing that there was a riot and if there was no brake out ill treatment would of continued and if you have ever been in a prison system you will know that it is bad just not having freedom never mind being treated like animals and locked in cages all day.

    • @revol148
      @revol148 9 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      kristen persen Alan Lord was a murderer - what's the big issue with him slopping out his excrement first thing in the morning or would you rather he had 5 star facilities? I wonder if one of your relatives was stabbed to death whether that would knock your liberal prejudices out of you....?!

      revol148 also remember that most prisoners are released eventually do u want a brutalised ex murderer who has been tormented inside or would u want a rehabilitated ex offender treated humanely whilst in prison your choice. Also a society can be judged on how it treats its prisoners a wise man once said!

      I’ll second that prisons were brutal back then. I work with someone that was in a young offenders institution back in the 90’s he has some stories one of which is about the screws putting black and Asian guys in with skinhead white guys and betting on how long before it kicked off and who would win etc. You say well done for standing your ground. I say well done for not walking off the roof when Barry Manalow was playing lol.
