A few things dd, if a person has a heart rate they don’t need cpr. Doing cpr pumps the heart. The thing at 6:43 called lucas u called an mri thingy does cpr for u. In that case in the first patient u didn’t need to intubate, he just needed oxygen. When doing vital signs, a good heart rate is between 60-90, a good blood pressure is 120/80, a good respiratory rate is between 15-19 and a good oxygen level is above 95%. Intubating literally means putting a tube down someone’s throat. I’m not a paramedic or emt but I think if u can u need to sedate them before intubation. The option for intubation was at the top of treatment menu… it was called tracheal intubation

You only sedate for a RSI which is done whilst a patient is conscious of semi councious, the average paramedic can't do that. The only time a paramedic will intubate will be if the pt is in arrest and there are enough people around to support them without withdrawing BLS. They have recently taken intubation out of all of the paramedic science degrees in favour of igel Airways so only paramedics that were originally trained in it will be able to.
What you called an MRI scanner is actually a machine that does CPR instead of a person having to do it, not a nice machine to use but definitely helps out
It's commonly known as a "Thumper". Weird, since most EMS departments phased out the Thumper by the 2000s due to its poor design.

It wasn't a mini MRI. It was a Lucas, which is an automatic CPR machine. London ambulance tends to use the Autopulse rather than the Lucas.

Keep the minimap on since irl most paramedics don’t know where the incident is so they use gps and the minimap is legit gps basically

I'd recommend you watch a channel called chris martin ems or ward advanced driving. They both give some really good insights into blue light driving that would really help your videos.

Hi Double Doppler in your next video can you link down all the mods you installed I am struggling to find some of them
Normally on them ambulances when loading a stretcher in or out of the veichle the ramp would be lowered on the back and the stretcher wheeled in and out in real life
I believe the ambulance model is being updated with this fix
