Through dedication and hardwork, consistent trainings and involvement in Sikaran Martial Arts, every promotional testing meant to be more meaningful and ought to be an unforgettable experience.
Some asks why do I not promote my players as often as I should. But, I always tell them, if I feel like the timing grade is inaccurate for a promotion, if the knowledge is not sufficient to qualify and experience, I just couldn't cheat myself for the sake of promotion. Promotion for me is not just about handing out belts, but about "earning" it.
Therefore, every promotion in my club becomes exciting, meaningful and a pride someone could take pride in and be proud of. Sikaran simply isn't just about kicking, but there are more to it than being a martial artist; the courage, the loyalty, earned trust, discipline, sportsmanship, humbleness, giving out respect to be respected and a whole lot more.
