Great thanks for the Holy Rosary with Bible verses . I really enjoy saying my Holy Rosary with you. Satan for many years blocked me. I was brought up a Catholic, but we did not say the Holy Rosary as a family. I repent of this. My dear friend Joan, a Catholic school teacher died sadly and I was so impressed by her devotion to Jesus as Divine Mercy and her daily Mass attendance. Out of respect to her memory I overcame the negativity and now daily I pray the Rosary. I offer it for Joan's soul, other Catholic souls, my 92 year old Catholic Mum, for the Holy Souls and forgotten souls who have no one to pray for them. Just think about the vast number of generations who have passed away!
I pray for conversions and vocations to the priesthood and the religious life. I pray for my husband to convert. I pray for my son and daughter to return to the Catholic Church. I pray for world peace and for forgiveness and reconciliation among all who are in disharmony with God's Will. I pray to endure in my own walk with Jesus and to keep welcoming Him into every area of my life. I wear the spiritual armour for protection from the evil influences on Earth.

I just prayed this for the deacons (two from our parish, and several from our diocese) who are being ordained today. What a wonderful "You Are There" experience of the many means of witness that our new deacons will be participating in with their ministries! The scripture passages and images helped a lot for me to earnestly lift up those being ordained to be filled with the Holy Spirit in all they do to initiate Christians, share the Eucharist, proclaim the Kingdom, and commit themselves to the Body of Christ. May they often find themselves uplifted by mountaintop experiences of clarity about God's enduring power and truth!

The Rosary was given to us from Our Blessed Mother to Saint Dominic and was complete and whole with The Glorious, Joyful and Sorrowful Mysteries. Why do human beings think they are better than God & His Blessed Mother to add the luminous mysteries? They may be added to meditation & comtemplative prayers but why change, modify, improvise, update, reform etc? Even the Anima Christi, St. Brigitte’s prayers in The Pieta & few others have been changed & lengthened, so much so when we pray in cenacles & congregations everyone seems to pray different prayers. Let us be humble, obedient and accepting of whatever has been handed down to us from Our Lord Jesus Christ, His Blessed Mother and the Saints.
Remember...Jesus gave Peter all authority to bind and loose....well Saint John Paul ll...binded.

Today I pray this rosary for my 81-year old father who's having surgery on Monday, and my 52-year-old brother, an alcoholic, whose life keeps getting worse. He wants to die everyday. Because of that, I also dedicate this for my mother who's the one who takes care of both of them and has to worry the most about my dad, and my brother. And, I never forget the conversion of sinners, and the souls in purgatory. They're the ones who need the most prayers, especially the Rosary Thank you, Jesus and your blessed, immaculate Mother, Mary, for all the graces you shower upon us, and for the Cross You've lovingly placed on our shoulders as an opportunity for us to follow in Your footsteps, which often comes with pain we can offer up to the souls in purgatory. 🙏📿✝️

There are only 3 rosary CD's that I like on the market that give me peace. Today I thought I would try a scriptural Rosary which I haven't done in years. I think we did it a few times in my prayer group and I hated it as it was so long, as they passed the book around. I have to say, I loved this, it helped me to stay more concentrated on what I was praying, as my attention is not very good. Would you ever think of adding some appropriate background music? That is the one thing I miss, but I don't stand when it is loud, something soft and gentle. Also, is there any chance you can provide the scripture verses. I'm dyslexic so I don't read the bible, and don't know it like I long too. I have tried so many time over the years with different translations, and even got a translation that is off the web, that someone took, and used dyslexic font to help make reading the bible easier. I was so hoping it would help me, but I failed again. Please pray for me. I love my faith, but I feel so far from it because of the meany obstacle I face with dyslexia, and sever depression, I am not able to do what I would like to do or function like I would like to function. The luminous mysteries is NOT a part of the True Rosary. No one can improve what was given to us by the Blessed Virgin Mary.
If you do not want to pray the Luminous Mysteries, you can always stay with the tradition ones. Paul John II announced them as an addition to the Rosary. For all we know, the Holy Spirit may have inspired him. The Luminous Mysteries certainly aren't inappropriate as moments of Christ's life upon which we can reflect. However, I can understand if you prefer to say the traditional Mysteries only.

If you want to meditate on Jesus' life up to 12 yrs old then jump to the Agony in the Garden and eliminate all the rest of Jesus' love for us in scripture, go for it. Don't question others expression of love for our Lord because t doesn't measure up to your standard. God bless our Baptism, the sacredness of marriage and family, the teaching of the kingdom and how to live, the Transfiguration our hope, the Most Holy Eucharist, heaven on earth. Thank you my Lord!

See all your prayers are perfect in the tempo including the litanies. However the rosary is prayed so fast that I lay behind very much. I pray that you offer a slower version. Thank you.
