Hey everybody. The number puzzles in the final stretch have been explained to me. The 1 and the 6 at the end of the first one is supposed to mean 16, which matches the double pattern. The second one is 9 0 8 1 7 2 6 3 5 4, or more simply, [90][81][72][63][54], with the first number of each decreasing, and the second increasing. The puzzles make sense, they're just a bad call for an action platformer. That, and numbers just hate me, so ignore that rant. Thanks to @lllmaddy and @esapophenic for those solutions.
Funny you should say "just watch all the cutscenes on TH-cam", obviously the creators had the same idea because one of the DVDs had the entire game's cutscenes included as an extra "special episode", with short montages of gameplay clips spliced in to give some context between cutscenes.
YES THAT LEGO CAR GAME I THOUGHT I MADE THAT UP!!!! They had that one butt rock song in it that I could never find again. I had the actual Lego RC car that that game was made for, as I recall it was pretty badass.
with the line "it just goes to show you that even though a game is basic, with enough character a game can shine or whatever i'm paraphrasing" and i thought of stubbs the zombie when he said that.
I had trouble with the Leela number puzzle which was like a mirrored string of numbers. If I remember correctly there was no logic (or there was multiple logic) for the middle numbers which were just 2s. It was so annoying to always start from the checkpoint :D Fry's second one was just a logical string of every other number going up to the other end and coming back from 0 to 9. I guess you could also see it as multiple of 9s but I actually got that right first time with 0-1-2-3-4 from left to right and then 5-6-7-8-9 back from right to left. Thanks for the video!
Oh my God I was talking to my sister about that game and she didn't remember and thought it was some other game and I thought I was just having some weird Mandela effect. Thank you this makes me feel so much better
I can see the dip in viewer counts from your last video. I don't know if you enjoy making mellowed out documentary videos like the two you did about gmod. if you do, you should try to make more of that kind of content! you struck a chord with the algorithm with that content. if you don't, then I hope you do not feel disheartened to continue to make the kinds of videos you usually make. I can't speak for others, but hearing your voice in your videos is enough to keep me entertained for hours, no matter the genre of video you make, especially when it's in the chill tone of your gmod videos. do what you love
I did a lets play channel for like four years, and we got on average less than ten views each video. I wasn't concerned with the numbers then, and I'm not now. It's just fun to make things. I made this video knowing full well it wouldn't do nearly as well as the gmod ones. Thank you for the kind words!
Oh wow. I think I remember that game. Or atleast a similar one with the same lego rc car driving around style. I hope it's the one cause I loved it as a kid.
I actually got my grandmother into futurama lmao Edit: also as someone who has seen multiple deserts I can confirm they don’t actually look the same, but I really like the desert environment personally so I guess it’s a personal thing
And here it is: yet another excellent video from Logan. You, sir, are a-okay in my book! :D Also it might seem like copying Ross too much, but adding some awards at the end of the video may be cool. But you do you anyway! :D
Bender's entire section is just a drawn-out Crash Bandicoot reference with the tricky platforming, boulder chase where you run towards the camera, and the fact that you spin to kill things. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to have copied the carefully tuned, well-oiled level design of those games, and it's a whole console generation late. Although, that's basically par-for-the-course when it comes to PS2 platformers.
I have heard good things about that game, actualy! Weird that they made a game so many years later, although I guess devs still do that now with the robocop game and the indiana jones game.
@@loganfromearth Yeah, the game is something like 26 years after the film? Still though, it's pretty faithful to the film in tone and has a decent prequel story (and an extra mini prequel to that) as well as following closely the main story of the film itself. It's almost 1:1, not quite but better than most games that try it.
the game is an utter disappointment! the sewer level is annoying. there were so many great settings from the futurama universe they could have picked but we get a generic sewer level with 50's horror movie looking monsters.
My attitude towards Futurama was always that it's as ugly as The Simpsons, so no reason to watch it. This has since changed to it being too long to watch.

The second one is just subtracting 9 from 2 digit numbers
8 plus 8 is 16
holy shit
I saw this comment when I started the video and when it finally made sense I lost it

yesss, i fucking loved that game. You can play it on operation flashpoint btw.
I would spend ages playing that on the public library computers, well that and PopCap's Feeding Frenzy :D
@@7thFEROX yoooo feeding frenzy!!
I found you because this video was recommended to me, I think that means you're doing something right!
The second number puzzle is [90] [81] [72] [63] [54]

You said Gregor the Overlander and my synapses fired like a sleeper cell just got activated
The catharsis of finding out that other people played the lego rc car browser game was amazing

i thought i was crazy

I sincerely applaud you for reminding me of Lego RC at 6:07.
Yeah, that was a DEEP memory. It's called Supersonic RC. You can play it on the Flashpoint flash game archive. Nice little jaunt down memory lane.
Oh wow. I think I remember that game. Or atleast a similar one with the same lego rc car driving around style. I hope it's the one cause I loved it as a kid.
nother fire video you simply do not miss
Came for the Futurama, stayed for the dope battlefront 2 gameplay
Love your content
Excited to watch this ❤
Ayyyy!!! New Logan video dropped!
I actually got my grandmother into futurama lmao
Edit: also as someone who has seen multiple deserts I can confirm they don’t actually look the same, but I really like the desert environment personally so I guess it’s a personal thing
great video mate
6:07 Omg I remember that game!
Do you know about the easter egg on the first level? It was discovered by the fans about 3 years.
I have no idea about any sort of easter egg.
@@loganfromearth ya look up a video of it it’s kinda cool 20 years later fans are still discovering stuff about this game

I remember that lego flash game
Yeah, I thought it was a dream I had once for the longest time. Turns out it's real.
whats the first person game with the sword after the driving game?
Amid Evil
@@loganfromearth Thanks, awesome video btw!!
8 doubled is 16 BRUH SOUND EFFECT #2
I know this isnt how math is written but its the only way to make it make sense
1+1=2+2=4+4=8+8=16
For the puzzle at 30:07... 1+1=2 2+2=4 4+4=8 8+8=16
You want a good licenced game? Play the Warriors, based on the 1979 film of the same name. The PS2 one, not the side scrolling one.

Nice
I come from the future logan form earth becomes a funny gay joke because when translated to meta it sound like something inappropriate for this time
huh
IMO Family Guy is way more culturally influential than Futurama. South Park tops them all.

Okay, the password of 11 - 22 - 44 - 88 - 16 is simpler than you think. What's 8 multiplied by 2?
You said Gregor the Overlander and my synapses fired like a sleeper cell just got activated
