I just drove my 2023 cyber grey kona N off the lot tonight, its awesome to see the N community and the appreciation happening for peoples different tastes in builds. I think my first mods will be getting the rims powder coated ( i honestly love the stock rims) and then a color change of the red accents over to a deep purple as its my favorite color :)
I hate cleaning the stock rims...it takes for ever and forget trying to clean the red calipers....im going to get some cool looking 5 star rims for easier access. I have the black 2023 kona n I don't see a lot of them around which is cool...I got mine in march I already have 14k miles on it and 4 oil changes...lol
There's not a single mod that's worthwhile here. It's ridiculous people are butchering their konan's to produce THIS. If you're going to do it, make it look better than the stock, not worse
From the top: 1. I agree with you 100% about the white KN rims! Because the wheel is so intricate it HAS TO BE 2 tone❗️ 2. Love all the effort but 2 different colors around the wheelwells is a hard NO for me, doesn't flow IMO👈 3. The N Performance rims look WAAAAY better on that car, in both style and color. Perf Blue and white rims don't really work IMO because you've got 2 light colors together🤔 I had no idea Canada got Cyber Gray on the KN, glad you posted this. I'm not on IG, FB or X, so I don't see as much I should. I'd love to show my build but it's "Factory Aftermarket", things addressed that should've or could've come from the factory, oh well, maybe we'll have a big meet here in Chicagoland...one day📢
You can call it OEM+ 😊 that's what I'm going for. Few upgrades to enhance the car a bit. Once I get some better brake pads, SS lines, oil cooler and intercooler, I believe I will be done. The tune is still up in the air.
@@klasseact6663 yah even with a piggy back, if they dig deep enough they'll find it. I work for BMW and alot of cars we were able to trace. So it really depends on dealer too.
@popmastafl3x17 I get that for sure and I chose N75 Stage 1 ECU tune and couldn't be happier. Getting rid of octane learning alone was worth it. The tune feels very linear, unlike the peaky nature of a piggyback.
@@CaliforniaKonaN HAHA Definitely need to make a detail video, this car takes forever with all the small areas and water gets trapped in so many spots 😭
🤩

Right on, congrats on the purchase, can't wait to see the switchup!

Yeah! But then I saw a full gun metal solid color on facebook, and actually dug that for some reason!

8:39 코나 1세대의 아이언맨 보닛인데 이뿐데,,, 단점이 비오면 홈에 물이 고인다는 것입니다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Ah hope they put a drainage system somewhere!
how about that 500hp one?
The one in PR? Feel I need a whole video on the KNs in PR, they go crazy over there!
That car is awesome even has bbk front and rear forged internals and bigger turbo 🤯
@@DriverJ-N yeah, def the dream build! Maybe i can show all the high HP KNs out there!
Sonic Blue is a complex color. Especially in pictures.
I agree, it's crazy how lighting makes a difference in it

I really gotta post more of mine 😭
I'd react to a whole detail vid or install vid of yours man!
