For the vacuum hose routed through the base of the robot - is there a swivel fitting or rotary union at the J1 rotation point, or are you relying on the hose stiffness to accommodate some twisting without pinching/kinking?

Yes, there is a swivel fitting mounted at the base of the robot at the J1 to help prevent pinching/kinking.

l have the same concern regarding the "pallet dispenser", where is it? how does it to dispense 4 empty pallets to each lane?

The pallet dispenser is off the screen to the right. It is attached to the main line. The dispenser releases a pallet one at a time to whichever lane is empty.

Hi Chris, just off screen is a pallet dispenser. When a lane is empty, the pallet dispenser automatically dispenses a pallet to the right lane.
