So happy to see Squeezy get an airbrush. Hope you also do some research on using it. There are three main factors in using it. Air pressure ( 5 to 25 PSI ) , viscosity of paint , and distance from the job. Also the use of templates and masking. Firstly practise getting the smallest dots, straight lines and perfect circles. Straight lines , with sharp edges , use low tack masking tape. For free hand straight lines, a simple tool can be used . A ruler with 1" blocks at each end, that you can rest the airbrush against. The blocks are to hold it away from the job , so as to not collect paint and smudge the job. Expecting to see some masterpieces happen now, and eventually some car work. Another very useful tool is 1/8 and 1/4 inch masking tape , being plastic it can bend around curves. You will only find this at auto paint supplies .
Good points about using an airbrush- especially air pressure. A good compressor will have two gauges on it- one for tank pressure, and another for hose pressure. Turn the adjustment knob to obtain the exact pressure you need.
The Chosen is AMAZING! You will want to watch the whole season in one sitting. The first episode is a little slow, but after that get the popcorn popping because you won’t wanna stop watching!

Wow,, I guarantee there wasn't a Mom or Dad on this planet who didn't lose it when we realized little Squeeze, Mom and Wawa were crying tears of happiness when Squeeze saw the air brush kit. One of our three Sons started air brush painting his model trains when he was 9 or 10 and still air brush paints as a hobbyist in his 50's. He's actually built up quite a clinetele on eBay who pay upwards of $400.00 for one of his HO train engines. He's a college prof now but painting model railroad cars and engines is still joy,, that and helping people find and adopt racing greyhounds. He's had no fewer than 3 greyhounds with him always since Mom and I helped him adopt his first greyhound at the young age of 10. We SleeperDude fans can hardly wait to see the wonderful art projects Squeeze will be sharing as soon as she's learned how absolutely cool the world of airbrush can be. I remember when I was a youngster in the 70s & 80s, whenever we went to the mall, I had to visit the T-shirt shop and watch the airbrush artist at work. He was always really cool and he drove a Porsche 914! Dang Squeezy, you're so loved! 🥰👍

Air brush! SO cool! It takes some getting used to and clean up is very important! Clean out the squirter thing every time. Keep going with it. It takes practice but it makes some amazing designs possible. CONGRATS, Squeezie! Holy smokes! That's a huge compressor! Much bigger than mine.

I have the Harbor Freight version of that oi catch can. A few tips, when you are going to pump oil out, 1. make sure valve is closed for the pan you drain oil into(otherwise, oil will come out of it and make a mess) 2. it only needs a couple PSI of air or it'll come out faster than you can handle puting it into jugs. (Ask me how I know) Also, now that you have this, look up hoke made waste oil heaters on TH-cam) As much or as how often you change oil in vehicles, would be a great way to have some cheap(free) heat in the new shop. And no, it won't smoke up the neighborhood, there is no smoke that will come out your chimney. I plan on building one soon myself.

I have the Harbor Freight version of that oi catch can. A few tips, when you are going to pump oil out, 1. make sure valve is closed for the pan you drain oil into(otherwise, oil will come out of it and make a mess) 2. it only needs a couple PSI of air or it'll come out faster than you can handle puting it into jugs. (Ask me how I know) Also, now that you have this, look up hoke made waste oil heaters on TH-cam) As much or as how often you change oil in vehicles, would be a great way to have some cheap(free) heat in the new shop. And no, it won't smoke up the neighborhood, there is no smoke that will come out your chimney. I plan on building one soon myself.
That airbrush is gonna pay for itself this is gonna take her to the next level.
