Sir,Arb or calcium channel blocker which better for kidney?my Acr in urine normal range n no diabetis.creatinine marginally increased like 1.25 n always fluctuating n even coming to borderline normal range sometimes for 3yrs.all other parameters normal....but one nephrologist prescribed ccb n another Telmisartan(Arbs)..after switching from ccb to arbs my creatinine n protein in urine marginally increased though in reference range or just slight borderline increase n potassium within normal range...what medicine should I continue ccb or arb given that Arbs tend to increase creatinine though said to be beneficial in long run n as I have no diabetics or proteinuria?any safest blood pressure medicine without harm?

Eating lemon water 2 time a day Drinking water 2 liter a day Exercise 20 min a day.. Now after 1.5 month My creatinine 0.93 lab value (0.5-1.3) Uric acid 5.8 So i have ckd ??? Sir you say not sure in previous video ... Why are you not sure... I have no any sign symptoms I check my whole body without any compecation... No bp , no sugar ....... I don't know why are you not sure... Get a biopsy done... it will give you clear picture... If your KFT URINE Tests are normal then it can be some acute condition which could have increased creatinine. Don't take lightly meet a good nephrologist and keep track of your kidney function from time to time..
