I feel like you should take the door out of the door frame going into the living room from the hallway if would make it more free flowing and make the living room seem bigger
Kon for the cable management in the living room you should get like a cabinet and drill holes to where the cables will go from the wall into the cabinet and it should work and it'll be easier than having to destroy the walls. Keep up the good work!
The house has amazing flow between rooms, really impressive. It must have been good to transfer some of your day job skills to the house especially with your take on the lighting etc.
Thought on the spare bedroom, you could get a wooden finish or wooden panel to cover up the end of the bed to hide the matress and make it more pleasing to the eye.
Looks really good, was definitely worth getting the flooring sanded and reoiled, looks much better. Garage looks quite big, could partner the gym with a bar/kitchenette space, then your cheesey quote can be "work hard play hard"
