    When we notice emotions, they do have a manifestation in the body. They cause physical discomfort, pain etc., a feeling of helplessness after being betrayed for instance is a full body experience. It’s not merely a thought.

      pain and suffering are both trifold in nature
      You can experience both pain and suffering in your;
      body exclusively
      soul exclusively
      and spirit exclusively.

      Yes, the after-effects are large but such emotional/physical effects stem from a single thought, belief or internalised opinion. You see bro?

    • @SKRithvik
      @SKRithvik 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@lids5755 In silence, there’s certain physical sensations. Then there’s a desire to acquire some attention from another person. Not having that fulfilled is causing the pain and suffering. I understand that the pain is caused because of my mind bringing up thoughts about this person. These images are my own construct. I am somehow compelled to stay in this cycle by other self constructed images(by images, I mean a bundle of opinions). I have identified with these beliefs. I don’t know why !

    I am so grateful for this video and many others you have on your channel. I am in the middle of dark night of the soul and have been experiencing an incredible amount of suffering for over a year now. I was guided to your videos which answered many of my questions about my tough experience-including why I’ve been suffering this entire time and why my attempts to resolve the discomfort have not been working and only making things worse. I cannot express how much of a blessing these teachings are and how they have found me at just the right time. Thank you for creating and sharing this content. My life will forever be better because of them. Many blessings.

    On my conscious awakening journey I have come to the realization that I must love and embrace my negative emotions and conditioning. The resistance is so old and so deep that it seems to be taking forever to release it. But the more I accept, truly, the more ease seems to arise. Your videos are very helpful in practicing patience and allowing them to be present. So I thank you.

      Usually, we try to somehow remove them because we know that they’re causing suffering(I am talking about conditioning here). Can we remove conditioning by trying to question ourselves ? Or do we need to have a combination of sitting with the feelings + questioning their origin ?

    • @ashaarden
      @ashaarden 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@SKRithvik there is a period of time when we go deep inside to look at the darkness, the densities, conditioning, beliefs, programming, negative emotions that reside within the physical and mental bodies. Then we must simply see all of that as not love and do the work to love and forgive everyone and everything including and primarily self.

    • @SKRithvik
      @SKRithvik 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@ashaarden Thanks for the reply. I can see the elements that are not love. They’re still present and show up many times. But instead of getting scared, I am now able to recognize them. I guess noticing this has allowed me to be more accepting of others. I don’t know about “do the work to love and forgive everyone...” I do plan on sticking to a schedule though that can take care of several things.

    Your words touch my heart as if you were speaking directly to me . 🌬️💙🌬️💙 Thank you sooo much . I don't know if this thought will help anyone , but I had to find empathy for my suffering ... Some suffering passes , and some suffering is long suffering that I have learned to co- exist with . I don't want to justify or excuse suffering .... But it seems to be an important component to the human condition and soul development. When we don't comfort those that are suffering it is a great loss to our souls to feel the beauty of helping another - a powerful and connecting bond . Thank you sooo much ❤️

    Yes, but there is something called hope, which is the opposing force to challenge, obstacles outside of ourselves, when you have hope you don't give up, you don't accept but in the good sense, and you won't suffer as long as you KEEP that hope alive. Acceptance to me equals giving up too early, and in my opinion, always carry a sense of laziness to face and overcome challenges. There's an avoidance running along with acceptance.
