Like us or not we’re not going to be someone else that we’re not just because of the camera. But do know we catch fish speckled trout the hardest fish to get ahold on. I’m not changing anything about our channel we are for real. Limits almost every trip. Thanks for the true supporters.
No doubt about it AJ , ya’ll are the HAMMERS of speckled trout catching! Only jealous haters will put Smart ass comments and really we dont give two CHITS wat they think , bottom line AJ and crew will catch’em and you won’t lol! “LOUISIANA FISHING PRODUCE MAN “ cry towels will soon be available for the hater cryers and can also be used as a hand wiping towel if by chance they catch “A FISH” lmao!
Someone asked me to take out the foul language. Another told me we catch to many fish were hurting the fishery. It’s every video 4-5 people want demands or else. I tell them See ya✌️go watch other channels struggle to find trout and give up and go after bass and redfish. I’m just showing that you can find Speckled Trout even on west wind days. Guys watch the videos you can see my cadence changes until I figure what works best if I feel like the bite quit I go back and change 6-7 different cadences again. If you see us out and about and you’re struggling just ask us for a little help like bait we’re using, color I would say jighead but 99 percent of the time we’re on 3/8. Good luck on your future trips guys and girls. We’re planning another trip mid week and this weekend if conditions are right.
Just keep being y’all. All these yahoos that can’t find fish can go somewhere else. Y’all just spend time figuring them out and these other guys think it’s easy, but it isn’t.
Never had any problems with my posts on La Troutman , I kid around with a couple but no harm is done , keep on doing ya thing , I enjoy ya videos !
@@Laproduceman Yep,Haters gonna cry fowl as they may have little to no success chasing specks and yall seem to always nab a bunch,Trestles a different animal entirely,and I hope to nab a few fat and sassy specks tomorrow at de Trassels!!Got great wind conditions but miniscule tidal movement,tomorrow gonna be tough BUT dem fish GOTTA eat eventually,hope dey like eating Shakers!!Causeway might be worthwhile and may wait til next week with much better tidal movement.Good luck working on dat motor ya mentioned to me earlier today,mine a screaming beast yet again!!

Doggone bucket of filets and yall had to tolerate de "fotting man",Dennis!!!Awesome trip.Just had an incredible mud bug boil at brother-in-law and sister-in-law's house next door to us and bragged on de Produce Man's carb-rebuilding skills!!AJ got de ole gal SCREAMING mad and she wanted to toss both of us into de T-Funky.Nice trip and now I got de ole SouthFork ready,willing,able and gonna be back in Kenna tomorrow and Th Wifey and I will be celebrating our 38th wedding anniversary.Probably wait til early afternoon to pick up grandson and get us out on Lake P on possible fine crabbing trip.After AJ adjusted floats and got idle mixture screws set and carbs synchronized,burned over 2.5 gallons of very fresh non-ethanol through motor without any evidence of sputtering or anything other than superb idling and incredibly strong hole-shot.Very hard to believe what a difference in how ole 50 hp Johnson(2001)operates now dat carbs have been gone through!!Bet Causeway gonna start producing decent specks and with my boat,have to play dem winds like a fiddle!!Thanks,AJ,might get me some revenge on ole Art Slade-make me short video explaining how my arms are shot from log specks at Causeway!!!

My kiddo and I caught two 19 inch trout on Elmers Tuesday and were thrilled with our 4 nice filets.... that bucket full looked awesome lol We would have trout 50 different ways! Great video Never have been able to get on the fish like that.

One heck pf a trip. Since you have mechanical skills convert that outboard to human natural gas and the trips won't cost hardly anything. Again this is what a fishing trip is all about. The friendship.

This trip took Zero skill the birds showed us where the trout were. We was blessed on this trip with all the bad weather around. In the video what you probably heard as wind was in fact thunder. The birds moved away quickly but I relocated the trout in the bayou 8-12ft of water. This is a area we use to catch limits 30 years ago but every time I checked it they weren’t there until yesterday. Dammit boys. That’s a trip there! Caught some Strawberries close to the dam today, but didn’t pack that box like y’all did. Leaving campo’s again in the a.m. Gonna give it hell on a solo trip and see what I can find. Got room on the 22 if your wrist can handle it!

Awesome trip guys , that would have been a Birthday trip to remember but I cant think of three better guys to do it ( Including my buddy CISCO had he been there) good going Dennis , David and AJ 👍! What happen the Pelicans took the day off at the dock , usually they’re fighting over the scraps lol!

That was one great trip! It started off with me, thinking that a flock of birds was not really doing anything when AJ save the day and said those birds are working. 75 pro later we think the birds. It was a great day, but they had a lot of strange odors out there from the marsh gasses

Art Slade,Too bad I did not load up on thick specks out at the Trestles yesterday,mighta sent ya short video clip but only had 6 specks,got home and lightest speck was still well over a lb!!

The lake can be hit or miss. Unless you have a camp or house nearby and check it throughout the day.

Karl I thought it would be a challenge with the west wind for 2 days. I tried to talk them into just going to fish the dam. But they wanted no part so we went hunting stopped at a spot I fished in the late 80’s with my stepdad and we found 73 trout in 10 ft of water stacked. Made one other stop for the two. I’ll be back out mid week also. Good luck on your next trip.

Nice catch! Went Friday in Barataria. Bait everywhere, dirty water, and millions of 11” trout.
That area was always great place I remember fishing that area over 30 years ago we ran from Laffite to Grand Isle and caught fish all the way down. But times have changed. Thanks for sharing your report 👍

Love how you answer almost ALL the questions thrown at you--just curious, how you would consider the bugs down there compared to most other years?
The wind has been blowing just about everyday but when it lays down the bugs are bad!! I want 8-10 mph wind. Keeps them at bay.

Yall musta been right behind me going down LaLoutre. I stayed on delacroix side of spoil. Jigging bite was the same for me. No thump just weight. I didnt find em stacked like yall but i found a few here and there and ended up catching quite a few.
Well i caught most of my fish on that side. I did go over by st malo later in the day just huntin and peckin.

I didn’t get it fixed I deal with it daily. But come August the left will be done it’ll give me time until the fish start again this fall.

We fished around the lake yesterday but only caught a gaff top.😅

What was y’alls reasoning for choosing this spot?
To be honest we were running to Delacroix and I seen 4 birds working. We turned around and the trout were on a flat in 4-5 ft of water. We boxed 20 trout then it was over in 15 minutes. We moved into the deeper water 8-12ft and found the trout again and continued on. We had 73 on the counter when the bite died. We made a move and caught the 2 and headed in around 10:00. So the birds helped us out on this one no skill required we were blessed with all the bad weather and lightning around the Delacroix area and south.

Y’all were catching in muddy or clear water? I’ve found it hard to find clear water this year, just trying to see if it matters? You need a cork for your boys butt!! That gas will eventually start dropping seagulls out the sky!!
😂. The water is always dirty down get caught up on dirty water. Try each spot 10 minutes and move on.
West winds killing ponctchartrain bite
No doubt that’s why we went south. Delacroix is also very tough on a west wind. Windfinder said SE the night before but when I seen the flag I went on the app and they changed it to west 😳. My idea when we came over the green bridge and seen the flag and the smoke stack straight west wind. I told David and Dennis we better hit the dam that’s our best bet. They wanted numbers so we were going to run to Delacroix and find them. But we were blessed to see 4 birds working and got on a good bite for about 15 minutes. The fish were gone off the flat we relocated them in the deep water and continued to work on them. Give the lake a few days and try it. David and I have plans this weekend coming if the weather allows in the lake.

It’s still messed up I just can’t fish two days in a row or I really pay for it

Like I say Art I want to keep it as real as a fishing trip is. If someone falls over the side, someone has to get off the boat to go explore the marsh and comes back with one sock less. That’s footage 😳😂
