@@ericassarsson7976I've been playing for a long time but really started focusing on learning and getting better a few years ago. Just started learning more neo soul last year, thanks to your channel!
Thank you so much ! Very usefull at this moment ! But if you allow me, there's a missing part : analyse. I'm proud of me to trust my ears, from the beginning I feel a trick in the chord progression : EΔ is the same as G#- so first and last chords are interchangable. That's probably why you arrive to put so many things on it... It's like there's 3 times the same chord and only one time the other... That light me up. Very grateful. Cheers
Yes exactly! Thank you so mich for your kind words. I tried to cover as much as possible but it still became 35min long😂 Do you think it would be okey if it was longer? I could analyze each step next time Maybe? That would just be a long video but I agree. It’s maybe one of the most important parts!
I love you man 😅 you’re taking my neo to the next level.. perhaps you can make a video on how to play extension chords like cmaj7add9, basics of how to add even if it’s add11 or so on
If I may can I request a video specially on enclosures for jazz guitar cause I don’t get it and I think it can really help me be better at solos❤ and keep up the good work
My next TH-cam lesson will be about that! Hopefully I’ll have it out and ready on Sunday😉🎸 Thank you so lunch for your kind words! I really appreciate it. I think you will love my next lesson here!
Guitar is such a complex instrument, one moment you think you know, and you realise there are "hundreds" of voicing of the same chord😭. Let me go practice.....
Hi Erik. Great video and lots of information! The summer is long :-) and so I would have enough to do. Could / would you please tell me which guitar you are using in this video? Thanks in advance!
Hey thank you so much my friend! I´m using the D´Angelico EXCEL DC X T. This is easily one of my favourite guitars ever! It feels and sounds amazing as you can hear😄 I´super happy that you liked this lesson! Have fun with all the material🎸 All the best, Eric
Do you have any videos which can explain us how you fill in the chord progression with 2-5-1? Seems to be again obscure to me.. Easy thing to upgrde our playground
Yes! On my Patreon I have lessons on that! They just sounds maybe a little better with the minor drop 2 voicings. But that’s just a taste! Check it out if you want😄

I can make one if you want?😄
In block chords, major chords don't apply? I have seen that you always use minor chords. grateful for an answer
