"You can put a cap I don't know why you would" You should be capping your fps unlocker to your screen's refresh rate, more frames than that are literally impossible to see and just drain your battery faster.
it does because temp folders install their self when you open any app then deleting them removes everything that you ran from the app then when you re run it the temp files will re install and temp will slow your pc
There is a reason why you would want to cap the fps because if its set to none the pc will try to go as far as it can and that makes it really laggy and a lot of delay can happen but if you cap it to like 240 fps or 360 it will feel better
I used to have ping spikes alt in tsb 1 moment I had 70-50 ping and then the game freezes and it shows-500 1000 ping removing the temp files method worked and now I no longer get spikes W TH-camr
alright I’m very sorry to revert it back just search “Adjust the appearance and performance of windows” then click “Let windows decide” or “Adjust for best appearance”.
