This was a nice C-🎭. I will never be able to understand how taking care of a deceased brother’s wife equates to you destroying your own marriage🤔. Basically, people are selfish and nobody going to sacrifice everything for a promise🤔. I’m guessing the ML made no promises to his wife because he felt that he was forced to marry her🤔 when in reality she was sent to help save his business🙄 Women in C-🎭🎭 needs to stop saving men because it never turns out great for them🤫 Great ending…can’t forgive foolishness🤔
Sometimes this dramas don’t make any sense🤔. A husband that put more attention in another woman than his wife,the one that supposedly love,trust and communicate life partners in the marriage. Is sad that because of the instigation and lies of the mistress the wife in the process gets verbally and physically abused. I love how the ex-husband at the end had the nerves to said that he still loves his wife but walked everywhere holding hands, hugging and even in social events with the mistress. I must be old fashion but my husband those that I take him to the cleaners!😲, Thank God the ex-wife is rich and beautiful and don’t need nothing from that scumbag useless ex-husband. The new boyfriend is more handsome than the ex-husband ❤️, plus I hate the ex-husband’s hair cut!
I haven't finished watching this drama yet - but I share the same opinions as others - ONCE A SCUM, ALWAYS A SCUM, JUST MORE OF ONE AS TIMES GOES BY !!!!! Hope her ex husband truly regrets for the rest of his life for what he did & how he treated his wife !!!! Eternally suffering for his actions, words, and behavior!!!! Along with the SCUM MISTRESS !!!! - WHO KNOWS, THE MISTRESS'S BABY MIGHT NOT BE HIS BROTHER'S !!!!!
Very good drama. Well worth watching. Similar to others but the cast does a great job in holding my attention. I'm in love with the actor who plays Gu Cheng! You talk about handsome! About time we got a good ending to a story like this. Thanks for sharing.

I like the fact that when the ex-husband came, at the end, and asked to speak with her, the real boy friend didn't stand there quibbling, but trusted her enough to let her deal with the scumbag. Nothing left to say really. He didn't know how to cherish someone who worked hard in his company to bring it back to life, but cherished the mistress. She made the perfect choice in the end. That ex will now live with regret.
Happy that she didn't pick are ex-husband so that's the thing I don't understand is that he blinked her that he married her but he chose to marry her not only that he chose to lie that he was her savior
What an amazing drama. At last a woman with backbone who didn't return to her abuser! Mind you even after being stabbed protecting her the male lead told her the truth, a stroke of script writing genius! A drama well written and acted BRAVO🎉🎉❤

Aqui está uma maravilha de final! Perdoar é não querer carregar ódio no coração, não significa que tenha de ser apaixonada por quem me machucou. Assisti há poucos dias algumas partes de outra história e, mesmo estando grávida do homem que a maltratou, a protagonista não o aceitou de volta. Um final onde a mulher volta tão facilmente para quem lhe agrediu, é uma ofensas às vítimas de violência. (Eu sei que existem pessoas que se arrependem de seus erros e procuram compensá-los, só que não é coisa pouca que me prova que alguém é arrependido).
A good share of the time if one goes back to the person who supposedly loved them, were abused by that person, the abuser most likely has figured out a way to hide it really better !!!! - ( The mistress,.... ). There are times the abuser actually is regretful, learned by their mistakes, and truly wants to be a better person - and they are. THAT'S RARE.

This plot always pisses me off cause of how weak the FL is portrayed even after leaving the ML’s family. But this version did justice, the FL is doing everything I wish the other version will. She doesn’t have time for back & forth, doesn’t cry stupidly for any of them after leaving, she’s straight up In her responses without showing weakness and I’m loving it all. Still watching but from other comments I’ve seen she did a good job. Just wanted to commend the crew for making these changes in this version.
The drama I watched a few days ago basically had the exact same plot, a few differences, but the FL was a strong, independent, determined lady - never looking back at her ex-husband and was enjoying freedom, sweet revenge ( she told her dad and brother, who were going to ' get revenge on them [ ex- husband, his family, and his mistress - which her ex didn't like at all !!!!! But his Dad loved her & wanted them to be together- but her ex didn't want the mistress in his life - except for the baby. Which the mistress lost ( she planned it that way; to make sure the FL husband and Grandpa would severely punish her, FL - and spoil her ( mistress ) even more. Plus - she wasn't actually pregnant with the ML's baby !!! It was all a plan so she, and the ML ( husband) and Grandpa could torcher / beat, to kill the wife. Especially the mistress and Grandpa!!! You'd think they'd be smarter - Get smart and open their eyes before it's too late - why believe a mistress !!!! If one's a mistress, they're already filled with deception, lies, ..... so why believe someone like that - obviously their going to be filled with evil to begin with & won't stop till they get what they want.
COMMUNICATION !!!!!! TALK TO YOUR WIFE - HAVE HER THERE WITH YOU EVERY TIME, EVERY MINUTE - SAVES ISSUES OF LIES, MISTRESS/ OTHER PERSON MISLEADING ( ON PURPOSE) THE SPOUSE SO MISTRESS CAN GET WHAT SHE WANTS. PURE EVIL. Besides, the mistress wouldn't be satisfied for long !!!! Someone better would come along, or she'd leave after abusing - killing - stealing,.... everything to get her way.
Love the ending, the fl didn’t go back to her exhusband. I don’t get how the exhusband goes around with his so called sister in law holding hands, hugging, going to events and has the nerve to say that their relationship wasn’t what the wife thought it was. 😂 The exhusband while he was married played the role of a partner with the sister in law and the wife had to witness everything and even though she fought she got slapped, choked, pushed to the wall and so much more. If he really loved her how he said he does he wouldn’t have done any of those things. The ending where he watches his exwife with the guy who actually saved her, and they kiss was awesome ❤ She didn’t care for his excuses and went straight to the second lead. The exhusband didn’t have a conscious, he tried to justify his behavior and with that it felt like he never was truly remorseful. Anyways loved the ending and finally the writers did justice 😂❤
Too bad the FL didn't have a relative / brother that her ex & family didn't know about ( as in another drama - very similar to this one, including plot ) and she would walk around holding his arm, hugging, having meals together, staying over, kissing his cheek, helping them around their house, take care of a baby, go to clinic together, shopping together, .... it'd be great karma to her ex !!!! This was a version of the wealthy girl married to the scumbag who is indifferant to her until she divorces him . Abused by his family and targeted by his girlfriend he does not find out that she had been helping him all the time until its too late . she never goes back to him usually ,Ive only seen one were she does and it was well deserved she made him pay ... All new actors ...I think doing this script is a right of passage for newbie actors as I have seen many new faces doing it. So its a same old but this actress is a tough cookie and she gets revenge on them all.
Best part of the series is that she didn't end up with the abusive husband but chose the true person who saved her. again like 1. minute to the very end of the movies. the rest is annoying, thankfully i fast forward throught out.
Finally a drama with a good ending!! Didn't go back to the ex!!!!! Why are guys so stupid to trust another woman over the wife. And why are the women just as stupid to go back to them!!!
