✨ What is ASMR? Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a calming, pleasant feeling accompanied by a tingling sensation. In ASMR community we call it tingles. Tingle is said to originate in a person's head and spread to the spine in response to stimulation. You may experience ASMR when you hear certain sounds, voices or whispering. The stimuli that trigger Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) vary from person to person.
