whats being used to make the first element/ambient noise that appears in the performance ?

the synth pad is coming from the Roland MKS-7 and the string instrument is sampled from a vinyl record and played by the Digitakt. It's being sent through the internal delay with its feedback turned up pretty high to get that dubby atmosphere ;)
