How do you know the unit is turned off, or turned on ?
Great video. Can you do one with a protective case like OtterBox, UAG etc... How well will the charger stick with a magsafe case?
It wont stick if the case is not magsafe compatible
I have the Otterbox Aneu MagSafe case (sold only from Apple) and it works perfect with this Anker 622 MagGo battery bank. Very strong magnet with the Otterbox. Takes some force to pull off. I am using it with an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The stand works on both landscape and portrait. Super nice, elegant solution.

The charging port should be in the bottom but to the side. So you can use it as a standing magsafe charger.
I agree. It sucks if we want to use the output and cannot use stand option.
Man I would of loved if you tested it with a regular clear case, MagSafe case, even those otterbox cases.

I really want this for my blue setup but I wanna know how long it fully charges an iPhone?
It has a USB C option so you can use that to fast charge it if you in a rush. Other wise it will take more than 2 hours to fully charge it but from 0% to around 60% will take around 1+ hour
When you had AirPods on charger then plugged into phone, you said it worked but phone was covering AirPods. I just rec’d this charger but it seems plug (out) takes priority over wireless. I tried both ways: 12pro on wireless plugging pods, wireless turned off Pods charged. Pods on wireless plugged Pro, Pods stopped charging, Pro charged. Is that not the case with yours?
Apologize for the inconvenience. So far from using it, both works but its better to use one at a time especially since its only 5,000mAh, which is not much.
I got one and it works as advertised except it wouldn't charge from my Macbook after first use, (I ran it till dead), but after charging from zero from a "dumb" USB-C source it works fine with the MB. So maybe beware totally discharging it unless you have a spare "dumb" non-USB-C PD power source sitting around?

Does the charging speed increase if you charge via the USB C to the Iphone While it is attached via magsafe?
It doesnt increase that way but if you do use the usb c to charge your phone then yes it will be faster than using the magsafe charger.
I don’t want the battery pack to automatically charge my phone when I attach it so Is there a way when you attach the batter pack to the phone can it not be charged? I want to turn on the battery pack whenever I want to charge while it is attached to the phone, that way I can still save the battery when it is magnetically attached to the iPhone.
Hmmm not that I know of but if thats the case I would just not stick the power bank to your phone until you need it.
Can you charge the MacGo 622 via magsafe or you need to use the usb-c? I just like to use wireless magsafe for everything, hate to plug cables 😅

Is it true that all lights should be turned off after the batter is fully charged? I have been charging mine for the past 12 hours using a 20watts charger but the wireless indicator light is still flashing.
Once its fully charge, i notice one of the lights flash on the far right.

Once it is snapped on to the device, can you turn the charger off? I have one but can’t figure this out. When it’s attached ie 80% on phone battery, I don’t want to use the anker battery until I turn it on.
Not that I know of, I think it stays on until the battery dies.

When it’s connected it recognises it through MagSafe. It will automatically start charging and turn itself on. When you take your phone off and hold the power button it turns the device off. But no sadly you can’t have it attached and turned off at the same time unfortunately

not to sound rude but you "definitely" need to expand your vocab from "definitely" and "obviously", side point, mine doesn't seem to charge while plugged in, maybe just mine's faulty, but had a lot of issues with this product

yeah it works fine as long as you have a magsafe compatible case then you should be fine.

Around 1-2 hours depending on the battery percentage when plugged in.

If you use the wireless charging option it will take at least 1-2 hours or more. If you use wired option less than 1 hour.

@@fffoxed1 it’s a little big. It hangs off the bottom of the iPhone mini about 1/4 of an inch.

There should be indicator light in the bottom.
