look man, they said they'd try to fix the servers and at the end of the day they couldnt. they cant be working on the servers of a 13 yr old series of games all year. yes, they lied, but i still think its kinda harsh to say they lied even tho they did what they could

it was not exclusively their decision to kill the servers Sony prevented them from pushing a necessary client-side fix to the PS3 LBP games and LBP Vita
@@Gamedox20 they couldn't developers no longer have the ability to submit games or updates to PSN as Sony closed their QA testing divisions for the systems
Very upsetting, especially after just discovering a channel dedicated to LBPV, hope theres some alternative in the future. Makes me wish Id gone finished some of my older levels.

LBP1 and 2 got dropped support wise but the server itself is still there, but only LBP3 on PS4 can connect to it now because of changes done to the API that couldn't be made on the PS3 as that'd require an update which devs can't push anymore

It's depressing shit really. I didn't even have the chance to download any levels, so I just have nothing but the story and my awful levels
