I'm a huge fan of this band and I may be entirely wrong here but I think that is not Chris overland in that photo. I have actually never seen a single photo of him except maybe the album art for the first wildlife album . There is some other guitarist with like I think it was sort of a Scandinavian sounding name maybe who looks just like the guy in your photo who definitely did play on stage with them regularly from 1986 through 1989
