I'm a bit late, but... his level 1 super is Final Explosion, which contextually can do huge damage at the cost of ending your transformation afterward. Specifically, if you can get the raider caught in a cave it can hit twice for about 25% HP. He wants to stay in level 1 to use it instead of leveling up.
Thats the passive "Memories Of Battle" it belongs to base goku black and that gives you 30% of your dragon change back literally every time your barrier breaks, so yeah paired with gogetas new passive its strong as hell
