I have extreme exotropia 30° central vitreous de and blood into the eye three of the opthalmologists have confirmed this and they say I am late for the required treatment and I was not born like this i was three years of age when my parents neglected me and my eye condition got worse they still don't care literally I think I would not be able to afford treatment being a student or operation in the upcoming years I am 16 now and can see best from one and only see colours( sharpness no rough edges cannot be seen only mild colours on focusing)from the other this channel has really gave me hope and I have promised my self that i will remain hopeful that one day I will be able to concentrate on a single thing I assume that it will be very nice or delightful to make eye contact, to see a single thing at once or see from both eyes clearly the worst part is that the blood and pain is increasing on a continuous rate when I was a child it was very rare but it's increasing I feel it daily but still if I will be rich at 50 age then I will get the operation no matter what the doctor says I am and will be hopeful.

Just focus on staying healthy and treating your situation. I understand money is an issue for treatment, I suggest the simple exercises taught on here.

I love that you are future focused. None of us can control how our parents did or did not get our strabismus fixed at a young age. Most parents don't know what is best. We can only control the steps we take moving forward!

So interesting! My 8 yo son has eso and he is constantly getting lost in up-close projects like drawing, Lego etc. He says he doesn’t want to play outside, he just likes doing indoor activities. Despite this I’m encouraging him to join some sports next year in the hope it will help his visual system. I’d love to know your thoughts on contact lenses. We are looking at transitioning from bifocal glasses to bifocal contacts in the hope that it will open up his peripheral vision more and help with the eye wanting to turn in.

I personally found the apperture rule helpful. I felt like it targeted my need to relax focus rather than moving eye out.

That's awesome, I really struggle with that exercises myself, but it would probably be so good for me.

My eyes get out when I look at further distance what would help me in this case

I have exo. However, I enjoyed watching your video and sort of took your information and applied it to my situation. So, instead of broadening, it would be focusing. I hope to try VT someday as well.
Is it possible to gain 100% control at all times with VT alone?
    Thank you!

100% control is a big ask! I think it is possible for sure, but I only think that improvements can be guaranteed, not 100% usually.
Exotropia isn't an exact opposite. The focus need to be seeing big and central simultaneously, not just a focus on central details. Peripheral is just as important for exotropia!

That is so interesting! It amazes me how personalities help form vision habits and vision habits help form personality!
