for me, even though HE MEANT NO HARM, HE SHOULDN'T have said those private conversations they have back stage unless he ask the consents of Bai Lu and Wang Hedi and those persons involved on the said conversations. It's just ETHICS and BASIC COURTESY to your fellow colleagues. Besides he is not new to the industry. He should have known the effects of his actions; the intention is good but the effect is not. As a veteran actor he should have self knowledge on what to say and not what to say. moral lessons, choose your friends wisely😁
I think it is a bold move and I support that because in fact they are actually being attacked negatively eventhough they are on their topmost character and doing their best in performing their tasks and preserving their careers. This sudden slipped of backstage conversation is nothing ... than disrespecting the actors by changing seatplans without informing their respective agencies or even talent managers. This is a formal event true, and I agree that a proper decorum should be practiced but has the organization respect them first? Changing their seats without informing them ahead? Please consider, these performers also have their responsibilities and work and traveled far to attend and give respect to the company ... but some people disrespected them first. It was shown in the reports that there were several people who removed and changed the nameplates in the seat assigned. Is it ok and natural? Indon't think so. 🤔
And additionally, BaiLu is a 2rd level actress ... why place her on the 3rd row and place insignificant people who deosn't even have a caliber in acting on front row? 🙄
