- For the next month, I’ve committed myself to do a Dry January… for me, this means no shopping in store or online which is so difficult when there are such great sales on and bargains to be had.
However, this is the perfect opportunity for me to shop in my wardrobe: to go through what I already have and determine what is just taking up space.
For the first instalment of this series, I'm focussing on scarves. I have a vast collection and I’ll be the first to admit that I’m a bit of a scarf addict, but they can instantly update an outfit and can be worn in so many different ways… the versatility is endless. Watch as I take you through my full scarf collection and show you how I style some of my favourites… and say goodbye to any I don’t need.

I totally agree with the comments below -- this is truly where Trinny shines and where she has expertise that is easy to take in. The video quality is great as well. Its like hanging out with your smartest friend and going through their wardrobe which is more fabulous than yours -- love it!

Thank you for this vid, I was entranced. As a HUGE scarf person I have learned from your super colour combos. I have 100s myself and I'm addicted to scarves....I wear one all the the time...they lift any outfit to higher levels !!! There are a lot of vids on YT which give many other ways to tie different shaped scarves.
I love how Trinnys clothes can be from Prada or Zara, she doesnt discriminate.

I love all your scarves. I too like to collect them and I have accumulated them for more than 30 years! That last "turquoisey" blue one that you tried on was a fantastic colour for you!

Take that pile of scarves when you go to India , tailors there are reasonably priced.

Yessss! I have the same LV scarve! And yes! It goes with everything! And yes I have 2 of them. One is always in use here, the second in the suitcase. They lift up even the simplest outfit and can be wrapped over a bikini or used as a throw on the plane. This is so useful.

I also wanted to ask if you could do a video on what to wear if you're really short ( I'm 5 ft 2) someday. I always love your outfitideas but I often struggle to make them work for my height and bodytype..
Love your videos! You have lots of very lovely and fun coats and jackets. And your sense of what works and what doesn't is spot on. For instance, the camel coat (a challenging color for many to pull off) instantly worked with your skin and hair once you added the scarf. Beautiful collection of scarves!

Hey Trinny! Moths only eat 100% Wool or Cashmere. Maybe they would eat occasionally mix of wool and a natural fiber. But the three colored scarf with the stain looks like its made of synthetic fiber, so I think you are safe. Moths love especially unwashed wool and cashmere that smells like sweat because it was worn and put back. So washing garments before storage helps. I have a huge collection of wool and cashmere sweaters and never had even one hole just by never putting it back unwashed.
