OMG!! This tutorial has so many elements: slick hair, tiny parts, add 2 colors of hair under natural hair, secure the end of the braid with glue, and that super fancy twist bun! Queen, not only was it beautiful but you did it so slow and patiently I think I can try it (at least in my imagination🤭🤗💯).
I would rock the braids without the added hair it was very cute plus I’m natural. The artistry of this is amazing especially to do on yourself! Nice work!
Is there a reason why the natural hair community doesn't do braids anymore ?? I've had a good natural hair journey so far for 3 years , and doing braids has helped my hair tremendously. I love me a good pop of color with box braids, cornrows, tribal etc, yet I still consider myself a natural when it's time to take the hairstyle out lol. I feel like it's stigmatizing , which is why some people's hair won't grow being 100 percent natural lol

As kid I was always curious at how and why black girls do their hair a certain way. Whenever I wanted to ask, I was held back by others, being called out a racist. Even though I couldn't understand what's wrong about being curious. I am happy 'we' as a society have finally moved past this and I can also watch these videos... 😹
I had a white bf growing up ad we was close her mom became my god mother ad all,I felt normal around them when we went out my mom use to do her hair in big braids like this too,I didn't know bout racism ad all that to I got in high school ad I grew up in the 90s there's nothing wrong when being interesting in knowing bout how others do thgs ,
