What an amazing idea to sub in Fukatsu and Miyaura. Fukatsu is also an amazing setter and veteran player, the way he instantly knew how to set to each player was a joy to watch. Sekita isn‘t the only fabulous setter for Japan. And Miyaura is very underrated, glad that his potential is seen as he plays in 1st Division for Jtekt Stings now.
I knew Ran could make a difference, with his absence last time, Japan will be in trouble. His Scheme in picking when to soft and hard strike is outstanding...

This match is one of the best volleyball match in history of volleyball...i love so much both the teams are superb.

yuki always runs to save the ball then he comes to block. There have been lots of save and block scenes from Yuki and he always gets points, he even once saved the ball until it fell and then he got up to block, oh that's my favorite. I always thought how he was so clever at knowing the direction of the ball he was blocking when he just ran and even fell to save the ball
1:16:10 they're so focused on figuring out if Ran kicked the net, they completely missed the fact it was moving already bc Corre's forearm literally smacked the top of the net. even if Japan had a net touch, France would have had a net touch first lol. challenges like these are so fun to dissect.
