Hi Jenny. You are SO right about this model. I've now taken delivery of the Railtrack version to add to my other two. A joy to behold and a delight to run! Keep up the good work. Chris Moss
Very nice indeed, I've remember the start the 2010s that Chiltern Railways had a Bubblecar shuttling between Princes Risborough and Aylesbury but that DMU has also travelled around the Midlands as well but they added a second one in BR Green and Arriva Trains Wales had one on their Cardiff Queen Street to Cardiff Bay shuttle.
That does look nice. I won't lie, when you said Silver Link, I thought it'd be an all silver DMU! It's still a nice livery, wouldn't mind owning one myself.
Nice revue as always, there can be a few small issues with the Dapol 121/122, some suffer from derailing because the bogie mounted steps can catch on the underframe detail which can be fixed with a tiny amount of filing, the other is they can be a bit slow which can be rectified by removing one of the driveshafts, other than that these are very nicely detailed models. models.
As an ex user of Silverlink County when they took over services out of Northampton in the late 90s, I can confirm most passengers referred to them at the time as "Shittylink"

A very beautiful looking Diesel Railcar. I am not a fan of motorized coaches, but this one is very good value for money. Martin. (Thailand)
I bought the Welsh emblem version of this model.
I’m so grateful for your videos so I can donate at least something ☺️

I remember them trains and the name given to them lol
If you fit DCC Sound where does the speaker go
On top of the casing that surrounds the DCC chip? Or maybe disguise the speaker as a large piece of luggage and sit it in the passenger compartment?
what a dreadful livery! nice model of a bubble car though.
God that thing looks awful! Looks like someone lost a bet on what nasty paint scheme they could get away with...
