Hormel Compleats meals are low cost, small lunches that need no refrigeration. I sample the Turkey and Dressing in this video. It is a ten ounce meal to which I add rice and a Cole slaw salad plus a secret dessert. These meals can be purchased in supermarkets and they are available at Amazon. This is a good source of protein but like most processed foods there is a lot of sodium.
