That was actually nice and easy! I've been considering a Goal Zero, and now I think I will get one since the battery is easy and cheap to replace and it's this easy to expand/add additional batteries. Thanks for sharing. 👍🏾🙂
You won't be able to watch 2 games and have it fully charged, but you can chain another battery on the other side, (there are 2 anderson connnectors, 1 on each side) and that should make it roughly equivalent to a 100ah battery. That is what I did, and it really makes a difference.
So how is your system working out for you now ? I'm liking your videos more and more. Thanks ! I should stop chasing info like this from other channels. You seem to answer my questions simply.
Hi leonard....the battery charges whenever I drive the van....I drive about 1:15 minutes back and forth to work from Baltimore and Lancaster PA during my schedule days.
You need to know how many watts. If the start surge is less than 3000watts and less than 1500 watts while running it will work but not for long. If it works my best guess is it will last 1 or 2 hrs. only.
My Life Off Wheels I did not make my question clear. Apologies. I have a yeti 400 and I just bought a second battery similar to the one you have to chain with it. I had assumed that if it was plugged into the yeti 400 it would automatically charge from the solar panels I have the yeti 400 connected to. Evidently, that is not the case. What can I do now?
I am not understanding why the chained battery is not charging. If the Yeti is being charged with the solar system, then the chained battery should also charge. Remember the chained battery is just an addition power storage so that you can run your Yeti longer. What gives you the impression that the chained battery is not helping extend the use of the Yeti.
Love your videos. Go information. Thank you for sharing. I get so happy and proud when see people of color doing this lifestyle.
I am happy to see anyone live this life style!!! Everyone has different set ups , but all have great ideas!!!!
Your van is so neat and tidy, and stylish. Great taste Anthony. Your information is on point.
That's good stuff bro!! Be sure to vent your windows. AGM batteries off gas. Good to see more of us our there.

This is a great and concise instructional video! Interested to hear how it's been going since chaining the additional battery, hope all is well!

Thanks for the information, you home is beautiful
Very cool, and very easy! Hope this works out for you, it should no problem. : )
I just got this cable and another battery. did you notice a large increase in storage? Wondering if it's worth the investment.
Don't forget to secure your Yeti and new battery down tight so they won't move if you need to brake hard .. they will become cannon balls.
RemusKingOfRome5 YES THEY WILL

How do you charge the battery!!!

I want to find out if a goal zero lithium 1400 would run a small 5000 btu air conditioner

How can I charge this for use at home? I do not want to charge it while driving.
Hi Mary....good to see you. It comes with a wall plug in as well. So you can charge it at home.

My Life Off Wheels I just press the AC button. Now it shows an output of 5 W. Perhaps all is well now?
Okay. Keep me posted if it doesn't charge.
so these are just charged back up as you drive, correct? how long of a drive to get back to 100%?
I'm confused. I keep hearing people say that batteries emit some poisonous explosive gas?
hi unanything...good to hear from you. not all batteries release toxic gas...enclosed AGM and Lithium batteries does not.
How do you charge the battery?
