“...regretting all the tracts that I threw in the trash.. regretting spending all my life trusting in myself... regretting not reading the Bible up on my shelf... regretting switching the subject when Christ was brought up, regretting not going to church when my friends invited me...”🔥
You can't just hear a Shai Linne song you have to LISTEN to his song because the lyrics are incredible, this is what you call an anointing!! Yes an anointing to rap!!!
Wow; the first guy sounds like how i'd be on my death bed currently. those who struggle with assurance of salvation like i do should read some works by the Puritans such as "A Treatise on Spiritual Comfort" by John Colquhoun or "Trouble of Mind and Disease of Melancholy" by Timothy Rogers. also--"Directions for a Peaceful Death" by Richard Baxter. the 2nd story was comforting. the 3rd one--WOW. we should be weeping for our lost friends/relatives and sharing the Gospel with them.
Dmcd games - I don’t think that I agree with you totally on that. Yes, of course the Bible is the best thing to read, but also it’s helpful to sometimes read other people’s views on what is in the Bible and have it explained in a way that’s easier to understand. I would liken this to going to church - the pastor doesn’t just read out a section of the Bible but instead talks about what a certain passage means and how to relate that to our lives. Often, when listening to a sermon something will be said and I will suddenly think “hmm, I’ve never realised or looked at it that way before”. Also, for a long time in my life I felt like I was the only one who had doubts that I was truly saved or that I was a “good enough” Christian to go to heaven. Of course none of us are “good enough” anyway because if we were then we wouldn’t have needed Jesus to die for us. I found that in the churches I went to back then, nobody spoke about these feelings and so I felt very alone. I feel that it’s really important for Christians to share these feelings with each other and if that’s in the form of a book then that’s fine too. Nobody is saying that these books should be read INSTEAD of the Bible, but that they may be helpful in conjunction with the Bible to get a better feel for things.
@@Outnumberedbykidsandcatsthank you for clarifying that. The guy who replied really was being snarky with that response. Like no one is saying not to read the Bible, but everything you said was spot on.
Listened to these two songs LOTS before my conversion. Around 1,5 years prior to (in 2021) and again during the days when the Lord saved me. (2022 summer) Lots of other songs and sermons too, but these really spoke to me then on a level I cannot explain. Very powerful, very convincing and almost like a real letter from hell. (If such was granted...) Lord bless Shai Linne, will be nice to meet him in the glory. 🙏🏻
May God continue to bless Shai Linne for being obedient and supernaturally bold in spreading the Good News...Jesus Christ is alive and will return (possibly in this generation based on the Book of Revelations). Let all of us seek wisdom and discernment from the Holy Spirit daily; while lifting one another up in prayer, speaking the truth (Word) in love. Let this generation save souls by displaying God like characteristics in all circumstances. I LOVE THIS SONG....keep it real Shai :)
@@mayala8101979 No scariest part is rejection of Jesus Christ savior whose blood was spilled on the Cross of Calvary who was mocked, and scorned, spit on betrayed screaming crucified to reject His hands of mercy His death and burial and resurrection and choose your unbelief instead that is the scariest and that’s what sends human beings to Hell
man i love both of these songs. They got very creative, and the way shai linne ended letter from the grave with all them regrets put chills threw my soul. To him be glory and honor now and forevermore. Amen
PS-- I know that true Christians should rely on the Word of God for their assurance the most and His Holy Spirit also testifies with ours that we are the children of God (Rom 8:16), but i wanted to leave those works below just in case anyone else struggles with that. ;) Oh, and Edwards's "Manner of Conversions Various, Yet Bearing a Great Analogy" is also good. Bottom Line: this is a convicting and encouraging song from our brother in Christ--persevere in the faith, saints!
I love these narration/story telling songs. I heard the Martyrdom song & this one on the video. Is there anymore of these storytelling rap songs? God Bless. Jesus is King babe! He the real Champion of the world
That's really good and I'm happy that you took an interest in God and i hope you continue. And it's not what i think, it's what i have read from God's Word (the Holy Bible). And He says that at an unknown hour (Matthew 24:36) Jesus will come back to get the ones who worked and suffered for Him. Then 1000 years later, God will pass judgment on all those who did not choose to follow Him. But for more info on this, read the book of Revelation.
I enjoyed Shai Linne a lot when I was a Christian. I'm not a Christian anymore (or never truly was depending on who you ask) but still come back to it every once in a while. Enjoy his lyricism and how he tells stories. It does seem kind of messed up to me now to appeal to a story of dying and seeing these things first hand to reinforce the belief of knowing Truth. Knowing hell is real and purgatory etc is a lie. I don't know, that's just me.
It all depends on if you were born again or just going thru the "motions" of being a Christian. Going to church, reading your bible, praying, evangelizing, etc. Jesus said in John 3:3 that you must be born again to see the Kingdom of God.

Shai Linne is simply amazing. Putting such thoughts in rhyming structurized verbs and sentences is a tough job.
The most powerful and true line after death, "my eternity is sealed".
That is the scariest part, knowing that you will never escape. That is the worst part of Hell.

Anyone know where I can find some of Ant's music?
I discovered this song on a thing called turntable and this one kid played this song and i loved it.
i met shai line and evangel but who is ant ?????
wow!!!!!
nice
Timothy Brindle isn't on this track. That's Ant rappin'. Who is he? I don't know. The narrator's Rick Horne.
The last part after 6:40 where is that found? It is not on the album.
Evangel rips every track he's on
So is the first guy saved?
you guys know if Ant has his own album? i can't find him. if you guys could post some links that would be great or send me some. thanks
It's the song after called 'Letter from the grave'. well, at least it is on my copy
ohh i was just wondering im still pretty new in my studies what you believe on this topic?
You still studying Jesus?
@ElPoeta12 Sure did. Thanks for the reply back. I got everything now.God Bless You In Jesus Name.
where is Ant at bro cuz homie killed it
is this one whole song??
@zoester65 WELL SAID!!
If yall thought this was a good album listen to Lyrical Theology
My personal favorite is "Attributes of God" but, to each is own I suppose =D
last part is scary.
I always get guilty that I like the flow of the last one despite the lyrics lol
I don't know if it's just me but it sounds like he is saying that you go to Heaven or hell right after you die.... is it just me?
Jesus says, "If you are not with me, you are against me," so it makes sense that we either go to heaven OR hell once our time is done in this world.
@bubbaALLday3 dude your right it does lol, love this album by the way
when i first heard this i was an atheist and now im still an atheist all these years later . quality song tho
