Love this channel.. I group up watching my Dad race.. when I was 16 he stuck me in his restored and modded 12 second 65 GTO... later started building up my own cars.. by 19 I had a 9 second Daily driven mustang during late 90's. Great times I will never forget and I would never trade those memories of me and my Dad hitting the track. I wasn't into drinking or drugs or girls ... until I got older lol... during my racing days my head stayed under the hood of my car I was constantly modding.. I am 42 with a family and a 2 year old.. I sure miss those days... Enjoy them!
Old Guy here and still drag race only on the racetrack. You and your family are the real deal. You do the work yourself, pay for the products ,design, assemble,fabricate,and troubleshoot. You also are not bringing a pro mod to a street race. Some big shot at a network channel is not paying you stupied money to do what you do. My being handicapped threw people off when I'd suck 'em up my carburetor & spit 'em out my tail pipe!! No chrome, not flashy looking, just a grey Chevelle with the black factory mags, wider tires in the back. When I'd beat them, sometimes got asked if I was running nitrous! LOL! 🚗💨C-ya!

I was like you before drag racing. Once I got into racing it put on a positive track, And I didn't even realize how better of a man I was becoming because of it. I worked harder and saved my money and avoided partying because I wanted parts to go faster. GOD bless you family and thank you for sharing your experiences.

Street racing channel has got me through some tough times, I had septicemia which gave me a heart attack I was stuck in hospital for awhile, I'm wired for intensity just like u so it wasn't easy, bit I watched STREET RACING CHANNEL 24/7, Billy u have the most perfect awesome parents ...I started watching for the racing of course but I quickly started looking for ur videos that displayed u ,ur dad , and rest of ur family interacting, u are very blessed, take it from someone that didn't have those kind of parents, I have a 5 year old, and I have learned so much from ur father about the type of father I want to be. U and the old man are legends to me, just like daddy Dave is to u, y'all have tought me alot more than just how to make something hall ass on a budget , so thank y'all from the bottom of my heart, I finally got me a ride. I bought a 2004 mach 1, lots of miles , got it cheap, building an engine, maybe I'll make a channel for it, til next time, I love y'all man, stay safe,

Very cool. Kinda similar to my teenage years growing up back around 2003. I've put a lot of nice cars together. Some that were 10 second street cars. Wish I had kept one & just kept at it kinda like you have. Has gained me lots of knowledge on several different platforms of vehicles & that's worth something I supposed. Ability is the poor man's wealth.
While I can't condone the street racing aspect, I do enjoy the dynamic between the family members and you guys have got that lil' truck hauling ass, I sure it would give my tube chassied, big tire car a run for it's money.

Man i loved this vid all the way through tho. I've enjoyed watching your videos sense 2018. Give yourself some credit because of how you are ( how your mom and dad raised ya'll ) is why the channel has done so good.

Street racing channel has got me through some tough times, I had septicemia which gave me a heart attack I was stuck in hospital for awhile, I'm wired for intensity just like u so it wasn't easy, bit I watched STREET RACING CHANNEL 24/7, Billy u have the most perfect awesome parents ...I started watching for the racing of course but I quickly started looking for ur videos that displayed u ,ur dad , and rest of ur family interacting, u are very blessed, take it from someone that didn't have those kind of parents, I have a 5 year old, and I have learned so much from ur father about the type of father I want to be. U and the old man are legends to me, just like daddy Dave is to u, y'all have tought me alot more than just how to make something hall ass on a budget , so thank y'all from the bottom of my heart, I finally got me a ride. I bought a 2004 mach 1, lots of miles , got it cheap, building an engine, maybe I'll make a channel for it, til next time, I love y'all man, stay safe,

Love the channel btw, even my 9yr old daughter watches the minute she sees there’s a new video up. Looks as if you were a normal kid. Alot like myself, except i grew up out west. Our journey made us who we are today. I do know good things don't happen to bad people. You're a good soul. Very cool. Kinda similar to my teenage years growing up back around 2003. I've put a lot of nice cars together. Some that were 10 second street cars. Wish I had kept one & just kept at it kinda like you have. Has gained me lots of knowledge on several different platforms of vehicles & that's worth something I supposed. Ability is the poor man's wealth.
While I can't condone the street racing aspect, I do enjoy the dynamic between the family members and you guys have got that lil' truck hauling ass, I sure it would give my tube chassied, big tire car a run for it's money.
