Nice presentation! I can help in the sorting in shortcut way. Add -ins Matrix converter (this converts the matrix to 3 column vector) => Select all=> Custom sort=>choose "A" in the "sort type"=> Add level and choose "B". Finally you'll get sorted sheet.

Dear Fitsum, I calculated SPI values as it is shown in this video, but I want to map those values, how it is possible to demonstrate the outputs not by values but by MAP.

You can interpolate your SPI result for the entire region in ArcGIS using tools such as Kriging and IDW once you have SPI result of stations and shapefile of your area.

There is a program which is called DMAP but it's not free.
I can't say DrinC is better than SPI Program but DrinC gives better freedom in terms of managing your result as well as in deciding your time steps/scales plus you don't need to draw a graph by yourself, the program will do it for you. You can calculate agricultural, meteorological and hydrological drought as well using DrinC.

Babucarr Badjie You don't need to install, it isn't software, it's only program. Once you provide the compatible dataset you can run the program.
