Just in case you didn't know but you do not get a hero level boost when going to TH7 since you technically dont have a hero to start the town hall. At TH8 you get one but its only for the first 4 or 5 days whichever the boost amount is for that town hall not the total time of boost your town hall says from rushing through to get to better value.
