My society treasurer is a real estate agent and he is running the business with the help of his brother. He runs his business in our society and committee knows about it. He has also some setting in registrar office. What to do please guide then I will subscribe
In My society, A commitee member having 3 children, ( 3rd child after 2001) is ruling with many years with business interests in our society. How and where should I complain to remove him?

In our unregistered society some committee members ruling with many years with business interest along with promoter.. The committee has been captured by non payer of Maintenance charges for Covered Garages , shops, godowns, offices, parking charges , Open garages which are mostly in promoters name and their well wishers. Honest flat owners are out numbered in Committee. They give threat of many types if any one oppose them. They are playing with Municipal water supply to exhorts money from flat owners and many mores. How to get rid of such corrupted members.They don't keep and present proper accounts of cash collected. They don't even provide receipt. Earlier Promoters/ Builders were managing maintenance of building of 6 Blocks having 120 Flat owners in our complex.

Yaha pe rule kya hai wo jaankari hamne di hai. Committee ko kab decision Lena hai, wo Registrar ko confirm karke decision le sakte hai.
