I'd say Godzilla is the best just from the size. Having a playable character that big can add so much more to the game especially if controls that size could be added to creative.
Unlike the other humanoid bosses who are hard to hit and really powerful, godzilla takes the cake for the biggest and most balanced boss ever seen in this game, you essentially make yourself a really big target which the whole lobby is bound to team up on, but at the expense of having powerful abilities, limited mobility, and weak points covering your body.
My only issue with Godzilla is that the camera shakes like nobody's business when people are hitting the Giant glowing weak points on his back. He's super fun otherwise, but I can't aim and I can barely see when the camera shakes that much. It literally almost made one of my friends throw up.
Godzilla is actually the very first playable boss to look realistic and has a theme song. I think he should've had the 2014 or 2019 theme. Those soundtracks go so hard.

The thing is about Godzilla, is that everyone thinks he's bad because people just gang up on you. I think he's the most balanced, fun and fair boss they've made and here's why. 1.) He provides incentive for everyone to attack him, however that does come with risk. People forget there are other players in the game, and it's a choice whether you think it's worth focusing Godzilla or taking advantage of the chaos to get easy team wipes on unsuspecting teams. Because of that double edged sword it makes it so Godzilla is always a primary target to every team. 2.) He's cinematic as fuck and is really cool to not only play as, but to just watch too. His size and threatening presence are just so awesome. 3.) When you do inevitably time out or die, you get to continue playing the game, you don't just die and lose. 4.) Finally he's got crazy potential with a good player to get some awesome team wipes and kills. I've had some crazy moments myself, and especially if the Godzilla plays around his team and they help him and such, he can make big callouts and provide insanely helpful intel while also being a massive distraction so his team can put in numbers. And he's not just some weak boss either, if you hit someone with your beam they're basically good as dead if you you can track better than a 5 year old. All and all I think he's a super fun boss and the best they put out.
I would agree if I played as Thanos or Doom. I never did though. But I played as Godzilla 11 times, and I cannot express how amazing it felt to FINALLY play a game where I could be Godzilla and terrorize humans. Best Fortnite experience I will ever have, and I already miss this event.
First place goes to Thanos, makes much damage and was just broken, second to Dr.Doom, thanos and doom are booth very good, but i like thanos more, and last place godzilla, it is very hard to get him, and even when you get him, you are so big, everyone is Shooting at you and you are dead after 2 seconds 😂
They need to buff his hp then. His beam does the most damage because it quite literally destroyed a rock and my hp in seconds and I had all shield and hp.
Most op ratings from my personal experience. 1. Godzilla, although lacking in mobility he makes up for it with lots of health, his beam absolutely decimating pretty much everything. 2. Dr Doom high mobility aswell as damage output. (I managed to win a duo match with my friend dead and the Doom and his teamate on my ass probably someone's friend that just got into the game.) 3. Thanos lacking in health and damage compared to Doom and zilla he's by far the weakest but will always be loved since if it weren't for him we wouldn't have Doom and zilla as playable bosses. (Well he's not actually lacking in damage but we'll leave it at that)

Here are my top three best Transformation Mythic Bosses in Fortnite history (Based on how I find them): 1. Thanos - guaranteed spawn, the most fun among the three, and insanely OP. Endgame Thanos was the most broken and OP transformation mythic boss when having all six stones, because of its insane power boost; 300-600 damage per hit, better mobility because of higher jump, and on top of that, "I am inevitable". 2. Doctor Doom - best mobility, cool abilities, but the reason why this isn't in first is that in the Day of Doom LTM, he doesn't have that power boost when collecting artifacts like Thanos does when collecting Infinity Stones, and spawn rate is so low, it's hard to find. Still, I enjoyed it 3. Godzilla - Don't get me wrong, using him was so much fun and all, but I feel like this mythic is overrated. My issues with this mythic transformation boss is that he's slow, he doesn't even do that much damage per hit, and I can't get a win as him. When I get the mythic, I end up getting bombarded by 50 sweats at once. While I managed to kill many of them, I got spammed so hard to the point I lost the Godzilla mythic. One of the sweats got the medallion, and I managed to kill him. But before I could even take his medallion, I immediately got third partied by some kid in a Tesla cybertruck the second I killed that medallion sweat.
Thanos is overrated too tbh. His jump is slow, his beam doesn't do too much damage and his melee while good cant stop someone good from outplaying Thanos. I feel like we are at a point where the skill of one player is enough to beat that Thanos so I think Doom is the best.

@ If you're talking Infinity War LTM Thanos, sure. I was specifically talking about Endgame LTM Thanos when he has all stones. When Endgame Thanos gets all stones, he has 4,000 HP, does 300-600 damage, can jump higher, and he is inevitable.
@noobmaster69426 The problem with endgame thanos that he was adjusted for an avengers ltm where the items were more powerful. The reason he wasn't as good the first time was to accompany for the normal damage vs the 300+ from Avengers weapons. Also if endgame were in a battle royale, he would need to collect the infinity stones which took quite a bit to spawn. Infinity war thanos is the most accurate, in my opinion, but if you want endgame, then fair enough having that much damage/siphon/health is a lot better than what the other 2 offer.
Imo doom is the best overall all because, while having only 1k health, you have siphon and multiple op abilities and depending on how good you were at using his powers it was almost always a guaranteed win. Godzilla may have a lot of health but you really only have one attack, there is a time limit on how long you can play as him and you are a giant target. Also you become Godzilla in the beginning of the game so it’s really just for fun and idk if Fortnite forgot to add rocket ammo to the game again because the exotic quad launcher is practically useless. Another thing why is the medallion just give you a dash and why is the weapon you get a quad launcher? It makes zero sense

Godzilla is the best, hands down. The rush I felt when sprinting to that portal and getting to just go on a stroll as FUCKING GODZILLA made the hour of suffering trying to get it allllll worth it.
I hope they add Mythic Bosses to created maps like they did with the Tmnt weapons, there are some awesome open spaced ones I played that would be cool to wander around as Godzilla! But you won't get leveled up by playing him to get the Kaiju quest stuff because that's in the Zero Build and Battle Royale.

I only got to be Doom once and that was in an LTM and even though I became Doom while I was knocked, I was still knocked when I became him. So frustrating.
It took longer for them to make Thanos a skin than Doom and Godzilla and those two skins were both in the battle pass when their event occurred. Thanos didn't and he became an item shop skin.

Doctor doom was best, as it had the cool iron mythics, chainsaws and the bunkers plus more in that event in fortnite. It was cool and good to play but this event isn't that good it's orite though.

He's also slow af, and he is so big, that 50 sweats can take him down in like 2 seconds or smth. Thanos > Doom >> Godzilla Godzilla needs a buff. He's so hard to find, and they need to put him in an LTM and have him in guaranteed spawn like Thanos was for Infinity War & Endgame.

He doesn't protect people in the Monsterverse, it was directly stated that he'd destroy humanity if they proved a threat to the world.
