🔹️ఈ Act ప్రకారం Britain ఆధీనంలో భారతదేశం వుంది. బ్రిటన్ రాజు (or)రాణి పేరుతో భారతదేశం పరిపాలించబడింది.
🔹️GOI Act-1858 Changed the Designation of Governor General of India to that of Viceroy of india
🔹️"Lord Canning" was The First Viceroy of India
🔹️"Lord Stanley " was The first Secretary of State for India.
🔹️Transferred the Powers of the Government Territories &revenues to the "British Crown"

🔹️భారతీయులకు శాసననిర్మాణంలో మొదటిసారిగా పాల్గొనే అవకాశం ఇచ్చారు.

🔹️కేంద్ర శాసనసభ లో సభ్యుల సంఖ్య ని (10-16) ki పెంచడం జరిగింది.
🔹️రాష్ట్ర శాసనసభ లో సభ్యుల సంఖ్య ని (8-20) కి పెంచడం జరిగింది.
🔹️నామినేషన్ ద్వారా సభ్యులు పెంపు,ఎన్నిక విధానం ఈ చట్టంలో లేదు.
