Old man rant here but sometimes I really miss when the video games update were surprise. Now every new characters is preview but the content creators, we know the model , the characteristics, their strengths and weakness so we just need to prepare to click on the game to get it if we're interested. Good video as always, thanks for that.
I like these previews, I do agree with you but these days the new characters are chargeable DLC or you have to put in a whole ton of time and effort to get them so its useful to know if the reward is worth the work. I would rather go back to the older times where updates were surprises and the price of the game was the price of the whole game and not carved out into separate chargeable chunks, but unfortunately those days are gone, especially for mobile games.

Baraquiel is kind of useless, asmodai doesnt have parry (which would help a bit), and they clearly missed out on Deathwing Knights, Beliel, Ezekiel, and even inner circle champions. They are my favorite faction in tabletop, and I dont use them. Good to see blood angels and space wolves get some love. do you agree?
This fella's active damage is MASSIVE if you take the time to rank it up. I feel like he's being given the role that Snappawrecka was supposed to have in the early design document (which bodes well for the rewORK, since they might give him a new one to avoid having two incredibly similar effects) -That Maladus Guy
Going right into my Thoread 1 hit team. They needed anti overwatch and he will be perfect to benefit from buffs and prevent getting shot at while the charge of melee might occurs
Hey Nandi, I found that some of monsters like bloodletters also gain charging (+1 attack) and I think like gants from tyranids might have this ability as well. Cheers mate !

TA is about to get a lot worse for newer players. Infested Power-ups is a good break from the monotony as it forces you to make decisions that don’t always involve charging right up to your opponent, but the Aun’Shi/Ragnar combo after this month will be even more a cancer as a huge pool of players will either have both, or have missed out on a gravely important combination. Along with Mataleo now, it’s possible to see these kinds of teams just auto-win every game. I thought Khârn was bad, but we’re fast heading into dangerous territory, where a broken meta depends upon factors that don’t even have anything to do with LUCK let alone monetization. TA should default to a draft style, wherein players select three characters as preferred which are shuffled into the deck with higher draw rates than any other, but ultimately you’re forced to deploy three on round 1 and choose 2 more on round 2 to join them out of a deck of like 7 randoms at the appropriate rarity. It would promote the need to work on individual characters that aren’t meta and help break up some of the monotony with these teams, making TA a far more interesting strategic game as players have to learn how to work with unfavorable combinations and still win.
I wonder if moving to a different hex of "big" bosses (like Mortarion) will trigger this passive? Because sometimes they are treated as different targets (e.g. Ogryn's bomb is "out of range" on non-adjacent hexes of screamer-killer). So would "dancing around" the massive bosses work?
I can see him disrupting the TA meta. Overwatch can be dominant in those games, particularly paired snipers like Calandis and Sarq. A character who can reach the backline, not trigger Overwatch and deliver a massive AoE hit is a scary proposition.

Do the Intercessor always refresh? Like he always summons 2 full health Intercessors even if one or both were killed before they go away in the last turn?

Deep Strike is pretty useless on him, having good Movement and rapid Assault already and and the Single Melee Range Plasma is also pretty weak as default.
If Celestine only has three empty hexes around her, dropping this guy and his intercessors should prevent Celestine's summons from spawning, just like with Aleph Null. With infiltrate and 6 hex range, Mataneo does it even better.
I do not like the fact that it seems way too powerful for pvp purpose. What is going on ? Are we going to see the same characters over and over again ? Seriously ?

Bugs me the summons have black shoulder pads, should be red unless he’s summoning in two sergeants.

This one would be good especially for those who abuse Sarquiel, Calandis, Revas in Arena Tournament.

They have red thirst, not black rage. My guess is that GW is planning on getting rid of it because it sounds “problematic”- like slaanesh.

Charging is not that new. One of the tyranids has it in his passive.
