This lesson here, opens up a world of possibilites and will help develop natural reflex while playing a raga. Such important and precious advice here to help improve the improvisation capabilities with a raga. Even having learnt with very good teachers both in and outside of India, no one ever explained it like this .Thank you !

Sir! Love the technicalities you have shared. It helps to get glued to the instrument. I will work to follow you and practise. And expect more such intricate details about the instrument that is difficult for learners to speak about

Can you please explain at the very first (1-2) palta for ascending in ascending, why are you playing (M-N), (D-N), (N-G), (R-G), ... instead of (M-D), (D-N), (N-R), (R-G), .... and so on? If you are following the first pattern, then after (R-G), (G-D) (and then (M-D) and so on...) makes more sense to me. But, over there you break the pattern and you are playing (G-M). Can you please explain? Thank you very much !!!
