This video not only tells all the fielder positions (field placements) in Cricket, but also explains it in a manner that you will not forget them easily.
The vide starts by explaining different areas/sides in a cricket field such as, Third Man, Fine Leg, Square leg, Mid Wicket, Mid-on-off, Cover, Point and then describes fielding positions in each of the areas. It also explains how a position changes when a fielder moves in the field (e.g. square leg becomes deep square leg, if the fielder moves towards the boundary).

Cow corner is in the mid wicket area. You can easily see it in the picture on screen in first 10 seconds. It is on right side a little bit lower near the boundary in the mid wicket area. Thanks

Great explanation. All non cricketers are now saying WTF.😁
20 years of playing cricket and i saw all these positions used. Never at the same time of course.
And for the non initiated there are only 11 players on each team with only 2 true set positions on the field.
The bowler and the keeper.( yes, on extremely rare occasions no keeper is used..)
The other 9 players are put into the various positions by the Captain of the team as he/she sees fit.
Standard 9 positions would be 1-3 slips, Gully, Point, Square Leg, Fine Leg (Normally the alternate bowler)
Mid On and Mid Off.
Play ball.
