Here is a good way for cold therapy. On very cold mornings I get a spay bottle of water and go on my back porch and spray my body. It doesn’t take long for you to be very cold. Either dry yourself off or go back into your house and take a warm or hot shower and then cold again 😊
thanks for the reply. I do thirty six hour fast a couple times a year. I do interminent fasting sixteen eight everyday. Plus everything else you mentioned, including red light panels, cold showers, excellent diet, lots of protein, lots of plants, lots of great skin care, microneedling, collagen. it's a battle! Lol if you have any other suggestions on wide open.

Red light works best on the face. Infrared is best for the body!
What about sesame seed oil/toasted and tahini if organic? No one ever talks about it haha.
I don't recommend it, at least not on a regular basis. Very high in omega 6 fats and proinflammatory

Can I do strength training while fasting?
Yes absolutely! Especially good during intermittent fasting and at the end of an extended fast as long as you are well hydrated.
I do every single one.. for years... Skin still sags 😢
