    There needs to be some sort of legit side hill test between the ski doo sumit 800, and the pro rmk 800, does the t-motion suspension really work on sidehilling compared to the pro rmk suspension,or is the t-motion just another product? Which sled is gonna sidehill better? Lets see some numbers here!!!

    • @justinjurva4294
      @justinjurva4294 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The rmk has a much better chasis if you have ever ridden one you would know what i mean, they feel like they are made to by on their side compared to the summits.

    • @MrHealy13
      @MrHealy13 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      never riden either, but when side hilling, wouldn't it make sense for a track to hold its edge, like a snowboard?

    • @wheelie._.b
      @wheelie._.b 10 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Ive ridden both,
      The skidoo goes into a sidehill easily no matter what direction your ski's are pointed because the t-motion just lets the sled tunnel move that way. What I found though with the track flexing down it was harder to hold your sidehill, it seems like the ski doo always wanted to wash down and send me up the hill into a catwalk. So your always letting go of the throttle completely to counter act the wash out then gotta get back on it quick so your ski doesnt drop and send you down the hill. It just seems like a fight to keep going. However it is not impossible to sidehill.
      The polaris is very easy to get into a sidehill as well, you just have to use your weight, throttle and make sure you counter steer a bit first. This sled holds the sidehill amazing just by feathering the throttle. If I want it to wash out I make sure my foot is near the rear of the tunnel if i want to go straight or down hill in the sidehill I keep my foot from the middle to the front. Its actually so easy you can sidehill and boondock without even standing on one foot.
      My friends and I all ride different mountain machines in Western Canada. There's 2 Arctic Cats 2010,2013, 1 Skidoo 2013 with T-motion kit put on, 4 Polaris 2010, 2012, 2 2014's, and 1 Yamaha. I can tell you 100% that the Polaris is the easiest to ride. I can also tell you though that the Polaris motors seem to break the most. My 2010 is on engine #2, 2012 is on #2, One of the 2014's is also on #2. The skidoo just broke crank this year, Both arctic cats are running great. And the Yamaha is a tank that will probably never break, but its heavy as shit and hard to ride.
      Check out some of my sledding videos.

      Is your 2014 on engine 2? wow, the 2010-12 are not reliable as of what i know but the 2014-18 they are supposed to be very reliable.

      I think, to get however many brand new Polaris sleds he has, you have to do some product placement.
