is the port connected to the charging flex? i got my phone fixed and he said its the flex, but whe charge my phone it doesnt charge but when i used wireless it's charging, what should be the problem?

Yes. The port/charging flex are one and the same. Basic quality control should have weeded that out before he ever returned it to you
