I think this is dpf issue. You need to know that this issue happens with innova crysta and even other diesel vehicles. You need to regularly use the vehicle for long distance to avoid this issue.

Basically you got problem with Diesel Particulate Filter i think u r doing more short trips .. otherwise 😢 without warranty it's risky only to buy kia Carens diesel
