For the teaching material it depends on where you are teaching. Sometimes company provide their own material. If they don't you can search the Internet for material. I recommend Cambridge University books.

try teacher record it is free or tefl universal for 350, ppl recommend tefl universal bcoz with teacher record ppl sell certificates and write the tests for you so teacher record is losing credebility

I'm not completely sure about online but if you were to teach abroad they yes, you need to have TEFL, It may be the same for online teaching too
