Acknowledgment of Paternity and Acknowledgment of Paternity and Declaration of Consent from the mother are enough
@@jerlynpekitpekit9068 hi you have to get the acknowledgment of consent for mother from German embassy Manila. There is a form that you have to fill out. Nasa website po pati po requirements for notarization. You have to set an appointment with them for notarization.

Hi po ask ko lang po if saan ka po kumukuha ng (Acknowledgement of paternity from mama) kasi my appointment na po ako sa march 27.
Meron napo akung acknowledgment of paternity from german. Si bf po kumuha nito.. nalilito lang po ako sa isa from mama?
