Another good reason to watch your videos....when it's been raining in Pennsylvania for a week, we can see some sunshine and birds singing in your video. Awesome job!

Thanks for the permissions so you can show us these places and talk a bit about the history of it.

A Union Canal Association sounds like a good idea

Lock 15 is over 5 miles from the water works. Probably the longest section of canal between locks.

Heard one of my favorite birds in the beginning. The White Throated Sparrow. 🥰

It sounded just like one of my roosters who liked crowing way too early... I named him "Dead Meat". He still crowed too early.

Most people here in the mountains prefer honey made from Lynn, which is Basswood, but I prefer Tulip Poplar, Sourwood or Locust which is darker. There's not much Clover in my area. Flower honey is also good.

"Posted signs every 10"s. Looks like a job for the declaration of Imminent Domain!
You may be interested in checking out the James River Batteau, in which you may be able to travel or kayak with on a journey from Lynchburg to Richmond sometime in the future.

It looks like someone/something standing behind you at 12:29 on your left. You can also see it at 12:23. It's probably just a weird shadow.
