So definitely a 1.5-2 on the set-up scale.
I'm not sure I'd say it was quite that brutal, but definitely on the more difficult side. It's quite heavy and floppy, so it definitely helps to have two people setting up.
could you do a comparison between the cloud and purple mattress.

+red raven I doubt I'll do a comprehensive side by side comparison between these two, simply because they are light years apart in terms of difference.
At a high level it looks like this though:
Tempur-pedic's Cloud Luxe
-extremely soft, 3 out of 10 (where 10 is the most firm)
-slower response
-deeper sinkage / hug
-more heat retention than Purple
-less bounce
-classic memory foam hug
-deeper more pronounced contour
Purple
-instant response
-medium feel, 6 out of 10
-bounce on par with a coil mattress
-rounded hug, similar to a latex mattress
Tempur-pedic's Flex Supreme would be a more closer comparison for the Purple.
