I like how it says fall asleep and wake up instead of piano and cytus
At least it represents both Deemo and Cytus. "Wake Up" probably the most used word in the world of C2. Whether in the start of first time playing C2 to 3 endings of C2. Its all just a dream that we, the players, must to wake ourselfs in a world of dreams, whether if we're in the end of humankind in bad(true) ending, or still alive and woken up from a dream in both neutral and good ending. The philosophy of dream was the core of the C2's story.
No infos about Deemo's fall asleep but what I've thinking is the word "Fall Asleep" could be an easter egg of Alice. In the prologue, Alice was described as a child with no memories fall asleep from the skies. You can see that Alice were fall from the window and she's still inconscious, still in a dream.
And all of it was connected thanks to the philosophy of dream in C2.

I just want to piece this together as my theory, so both Hans and Alice actually live in the ancient world of Cytus, once the accident happened, Hans did protect Alice but he had to be preserved and modified to be an architect in order to survive. Once Alice woke up, she visited Hans often and then the Ender virus struck, killing everyone, including Alice. Hans survived since he was preserved in cryopreservation. Of course he lost his memories and was found (and possibly awakened) by Hilda. And Deemo, was actually a story that Hans and Alice experienced because Hans would tell her that story since it was his favorite. And the chip that ConneR found and couldn’t keep had the story of Deemo from Hans’ memories and that’s when Xenon decrypted the chip and going into Hans’ memories. Also this is another theory, but the reason Dream has talking in it is probably what Hans heard while he was being preserved hence why it played during the cutscene.
This is just a theory I came up with, and if I got anything wrong feel free to correct me

In the song "dream" which is playing in his head has people talking in the background (if you heard the original dream) so I think those people were the scientist that was helping hans live. Also dream was the first song you play in deemo (not evolution era) so the song dream is maybe connected to the accident

Cytus cutscenes and story always makes me cry, what a wonderful game
Hey got a thing to tell ,cytus 2's hans is 13years old when he with hilda but when he had the car crush accident hes in 10 years old only.
But in the deemo story ,hans is a 17 years old teenager when he win the champion of piano contest,then after 2years which means 19years he had the accident.
So,i just wanna said two story just similar but not connect,if you ask me how do i know ,bcoz i already buy the book of deemo and read it for about 5 years .hahaha

I think so to because I wonder why in cytus hand just look like a kid but in deemo hans just like older idk I HOPE it's a different universe but hey you never now

At this time he isn't the Hans we know of deemo. Just a boy who have the memories of Hans. Because he is exposed too much in this treatment he forgotten everything. His name,the sister's name, everything and assimilate the memories of the true Hans.
well,chart its self wasn't enough emotion for me,but I do see its value and cleverly change between cytus mode and deemo mode,but it do story telling for me...
ok so hans is well and alive but alice might be confirmed dead but im still hoping she is alive ( I want these siblings to be reunited again T_T)

The girl there is not actually Alice. Alice (in the cytus version of thing anyway) is just part of the story of deemo, which Hans was experiencing during cryopreservation.

No actually, remember... Deemo takes place before Cytus 1.... And this is Cytus 2.
Yeah, that's pain right there.
And you know Cytus 1 is the aftermath of the Ender Virus that killed so many peeps while others are either in preservation (Hans) or coverted into an android (Vanessa), and Cytus 2 is multiple years after that catastrophe where humans are beginning to thrive again.
Yeah now you know what happened to Alice at one point.

How did he impacted Hans story?
He was the one helping Hans recover his Operator memories, and he had gotten himself into a bit of trouble for it too.

This story sad like deemo story
I know it came from rayark and all, but I still won't recognize it as canon. It's more like rayark trying to milk deemo in Cytus as hard as they can by throwing plot twist left and right. Hans died in that truck incident as the original story goes.

Except this isn't Hans. Deemo in Cytus Canon is a form of Neurotreatment as evident in "Alice" story. This "Hans" is just a patient that's undergoing that treatment but got stucked in the treatment chamber when everyone died due to the Ender Virus. During his hibernation, his Identity got replaced by "Hans" thats why his memory is a mess before the Exploration team found him.
